How do I get the finder to stop replacing certain folders that I delete?

I have enabled file vault on my MacBook Pro and therefore I have removed all movies, photos and music from my Home folder so that it doesn't create problems during the encryption/decryption process. Unfortunately, even though I hold no photos or music in my home folder anymore, the os x still creates new empty pictures and music folders every time I log back into my account, even though I keep deleting them.
My question is: how do I stop the finder from automatically creating these folders?

I called Apple and it's not hardware.
I can't believe the nerds at Adobe would make it so the artboard must always be centered, hence it moves on it's own and it's driving me "bat-****" crazy!

But, after I release my hand from the magic mouse (wireless) the screen shifts either to the right or left with no ryhym or reason.
I wonder if some good intentional nerd at Adobe thought, wow, I'll make it so the artwork will always be centered like "responsive design."
I am really hoping that's not the case. I have been using the app daily since 1987 and just recently upgraded to CS6.
I guess I could go back to CS3.

It seems to happen with songs that were purchased before synchronizing the new iPhone
I will tell you how I fixed it.
Note: I have iTunes in spanish so I will try to translate and figure out the commands that appear on ITunes in english. I will put my translations into brackets. English is not my native language. I will do my best.
The workaround is:
1.- Dragg no working songs from iTunes to a folder on the hard disk. (Only for backup purposes)
2.- Deleted those songs from iTunes library.
3.- On the left panel in ITunes click on "Purchased" under the STORE option. All your purchased songs will appear on the right panel
4.- At the bottom and right there is the option : "Download Previous Purchases". Click there.
5.- Click on the option "Are not in my Library" (top right)
6.- The songs you deleted from iTunes will appear.
7.- Downloaded them again. (You have the option to download at the bottom right)
8.- Syncronize your iPhone and that's all.

Already bought iWork. How do I get the App Store to recognize App purchases that I've made over the past few years?

I know I'm not the only person experiencing this issue, but I can't find who else has a solution. Essentially, I've been buying Mac Apps over the past few years and using them frequently. Now the App Store exists. Awesome. But how do I get the App Store to understand that I have all those past purchases and serial numbers? I'd love to download the Apps through the App Store because it's a better system of downloading and updating apps, but that convenience isn't worth the extra $300-400 I'd spend re-downloading all those apps.
Does anyone have any advice or experience with a work around to this?

As Carolyn has told you, you cannot opt Apple apps that you have acquired from some other distribution stream into the MAS stream. Period. It does not work that way. It will not be working that way. And many folks have come here wanting it to work that way over the last seven months or so that the MAS has existed.
If your End User License Agreement does not allow you to install the apps that you have on your new Mac, then the only way to get it today for the new Mac is to buy it from the MAS. The MAS apps use a different type of DRM and there are no serial numbers involved, they are tied to your Apple ID. If you are not ready at this time to purchase apps from the MAS then I would remove the apps from any older Macs and install them on the new Mac to transfer your EULA there. Then when a major paid upgrade becomes available in the future opt that app into the MAS by buying it through the MAS. That should be the only way to get the app in the future, Apple no longer is issuing boxed apps, just currently selling off any of the surviving stock.

One song i have purchased has not uploaded, matched, or anything. The file on my hard drive is corrupted. How do i get the ability to re-download a song that was purchased over 90 days ago?

I have purchased an album in the itunes store over 3 years ago.
"Most" of the album went to the cloud when I went to iTunes Match.
One song did not, rather, it stays in a category, "waiting".
How do I get the ability to re-download this song, since it is NOT in the cloud, not on iTunes Match, and the file is degraded on my system? Thanks

Is the album still available in Itunes store? Can you redownload it fro previous purchases?
