How do I get the full $150 credits promised by MSDN?

I signed up via my MSDN account, which promised $150 Azure credits, but my account is credited with around only $65. The image that suggested I would get $150 is available at http://i.msdn.microsoft.com/dynimg/IC721550.jpg.

For this issue, I suggest you could contact the Azure support team via this channel:
Please contact support team by creating a support ticket at http://www.windowsazure.com/en-us/support/contact/
 Or if that doesn't work because you don't have an active subscription you will need to contact general customer support to have them create a support ticket for you
