You must put each device on the Verizon cloud.
Not both lines on one.
Go and set up a my Verizon account for the second line and you will have Verizon cloud service on that line.
Oh the term "icloud" is a trademark of Apple Inc. Verizon is not Apple.

Does any music show in the Purchased tab on the iTunes store app on your phone ? Music can't be re-downloaded in all countries, and even where it can be it will only appear whilst it remains in the store. Do you have your purchases on your computer and/or on a backup of your puchases so that you can sync them to your phone ?

My daughter set up a game centre on her ipad. My son, on his ipad used the same game centre log in. He then set up his own game of clash of clans. After my son set up his Clash of Clans, my daugher set up her own Clash of Clans using the same game centre log in on her ipad. Both were using the Clash of Clans successfully on their own ipads using the same game centre log in.
One day my son signed into someone elses Clash of Clans, since then he is unable to go back to his Clash of Clans and can only see his sisters.
Please let me know if this can be resolved.
We wish to delete my daughters Clash of Clans - as she does not use it at all. We would like to regain access to my sons.
My son can visit his Clash of Clans - his clan name is 'The Big Boys' He has a shield that is blue with a yellow lightning from top right to bottom left. His name is Fat Poo (I know ridiculous).

Thanks for taking a stab at it: that didn't prove to be the problem. That option in the settings for tabbed browsing was not checked.
I may be a bit behind the times: I am used to tabbed browsing showing all the tabs it possibly can, instead of just the last one. Sometimes it won't even show the last tab: I can have 15 tabs open, and not see a single tab. I've been confused by this into closing a window with lots of tabs open, because it looks like a single page-window.
My main problem with the tab-bar flashing to the end of the row is that it means a great deal more mouse-clicking around to browse.
I haven't tried installing the latest beta. Maybe that would fix the problem.

Try this general troubleshooting procedure:
1 - delete the iPhoto preference file, com.apple.iPhoto.plist, that resides in your
User/Home/Library/ Preferences folder.
2 - delete the contents the following folder: User/Library/Containers/com.apple.iPhoto
3 - reboot, launch iPhoto and try again.
NOTE: For Mavericks and Yosemite, go to your Home folder and use the View ➙ Show View Options menu to bring the this window:
where you can check the Show Library Folder checkbox.

Try unmounting the volume on your iMac using Disk Utility. Then mount it again. You may need to reboot the laptop or relaunch its Finder process (using the Force Quit window) after remounting the drive on your iMac. Remember that no process may be accessing any files on the drive you plan to unmount, or the unmount will fail. Unmounting and remounting an external drive on my iMac made it become visible on my MacBook Pro after it had disappeared.

Until very recently I used to be able to open multiple browsing windows in Firefox, but now I can only open one window & if I close down the session & try to reopen Firefox it doesn't open

I can restart Firefox only after rebooting my laptop.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of your add-ons is causing your problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes). 
See [[Troubleshooting extensions and themes]] and [[Troubleshooting plugins]] 
 
If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all your extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears. 
You can use "Disable all add-ons" on the [[Safe mode]] start window to disable all extensions. 
You have to close and restart Firefox after each change via "File > Exit" (Mac: "Firefox > Quit"; Linux: "File > Quit")

When two PCs are synced does all info from both PCs end up on both PCs or is just the data from the PC that initiates sync go to the PC that is paired with it?

I have an old PC has lots of bookmarks that I want to sync with a new PC. Unfortunately, the old PC will not display captcha so I cannot use it to initiate a sync account (no captcha display is a separate problem that I have had for a long time on the old PC and none of the fixes in the forums solve that problem.) The new PC displays captcha OK (same OS, same configs as old PC but it works - go figure.) If I initiate sync from the new PC and then pair with old PC will the bookmarks, etc. from the old PC migrate to the new PC? Or will the handful of bookmarks I have already set up on the new PC migrate to the old PC? Or will both PCs end up with everything? Seems like a simple question but there is nothing in the forums or Help pages about what actually happens when two (or more) devices and paired.

You can set what happens with the first sync via the Sync Options.
* Merge this device's data with my Sync data
* Replace all data on this device with my Sync data
* Replace all other devices with this device's data
The default is "Merge this device's data with my Sync data"

What pictures did it delete, ones that were already on your phone? Syncing photos from the computer to the iPhone should not delete any photos at all, unless you had pictures synced to the phone that were synced from another computer, not the one you are currently syncing with. Either way, they are not contained in the iPhone backup anyway, they are assumed to be on the computer. Is this what occurred?

If you re-download the apps to your computer's iTunes you could then try restoring to your backup and see if that restores them and their settings/content - a backup doesn't contain the actual apps, just their content/settings, so for the restore to work fully iTunes needs access to the apps so that it can restore them.

When downloading i can only download one link at a time per window. i used to be able to download six links at a time per page. how do i go back to this?

Hello cherokeeguy, go to [http://kb.mozillazine.org/About:config about:config] find [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server network.http.max-persistent-connections-per-server] right-click on it, select modify and put a greater value, try 10 or 16, click ok to save it, exit firefox and restart it.
BUT this normally should not happen !

I don't have any apple products personally, this is for work to use Photo Stream so when Superintendents & Project Managers take pictures of their construction site, I am able to have those images immediately.

You can not create an iCloud account using a PC, you will need an Apple product. Once the account exists you can logon to it from a PC.
