How do I get the iPad to stop inserting commas in a number entered in a field on safari?

I am filling out a form on Safari. It asks for my bank routing number, which I filled in. Moving on to the next field, I look up to find the iPad has entered commas in this number. It will not allow me to remove them. I turned off Autofill, etc. nothing seems to work.

What happens is that when I connect the iPad to the iMac (USB) it syncs directly with iCal via iTunes. How can I get the iPad to sync Outlook 2010 in Parallels via iTunes as well? Do I have to download and install another copy of iTunes in Windows 7 in Parallels?

Don't think that's possible as iOS devices can only be synced to one iTunes library at a time.
Is there a specific reason you're using Outlook?

But, after I release my hand from the magic mouse (wireless) the screen shifts either to the right or left with no ryhym or reason.
I wonder if some good intentional nerd at Adobe thought, wow, I'll make it so the artwork will always be centered like "responsive design."
I am really hoping that's not the case. I have been using the app daily since 1987 and just recently upgraded to CS6.
I guess I could go back to CS3.
At least I won't feel like the earth is moving underneath me evrytime I click on an object.
