You have to remember it... there's no way to retrieve it. To clear it, you'll have to restore your iPhone as new, i.e. without your backup. If you restore from your backup, you'll just restore the restrictions passcode.

You can't get it reset; if you could there would be no point in having it. If you have an encrypted backup there are two ways this could have happened:
You checked "Encrypt Backup" in iTunes at some time in the past, either intentionally or by accident
You have a corporate MS Exchange account and your Exchange administrator installed a security profile on your phone that requires the phone'a contents to be encrypted. This, in turn, requires the backup to be encrypted for obvious reasons.
In either case you were prompted for a password the first time you backed up after whichever of these happened. So think about what you might have entered for a password at that time. Fortunately you get an unlimited number of tries. Other threads on this subject have shown that it is always a password known to the user, so it wasn't something made up by iTunes. There are also some scam password crackers available that don't actually work and possibly steal your information. It's likely that a developer of one or more of these will post a response with a link (possibly hidden) to their "product". If you are not able to receive a rescue email to reset your security questions and password:
You'll need to contact iTunes Store support to have your questions and answers reset.

After your password, security questions and answers are reset, I'd recommend providing a new rescue email address:
You can edit or delete your rescue email address at My Apple ID. To edit your rescue email address:

When prompted, sign in using your Apple ID and password.
Click Password & Security
You'll be asked to answer 2 of your 3 security questions before you can make any modifications. If you are unable to remember your answers, you can choose to send an email to your rescue email to reset your security questions.

but, how can i get the password without encryption in the v$XXXXX tables. Is there any dynamic table which stores the statement executed above in the current session, so that I can get the original password given.

I would hope there is no way to get this data. I wouldn't want a mechanism to grab passwords out of the SGA. Passwords are stored encrypted in the database. If you need to know the password, run another 'alter user username identified by password' and make not of what you changed it to.

That's kind of nuts.
Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Accounts or Users & Groups
Turn off the auto-login feature. This will allow you to get the password panel on startup.

But if you bought a new Mac, did someone already run the initial setup procedure for you? Ordinarily, with a brand new, out of the box Apple computer, at first boot you would have been taken through a series of setup screens, one of which would have had you create an admin account with an admin password.
If somebody else already did that when you picked it up, then you should call the store and ask them for the password as they must have set it. Then, immediately change it to something you make up.
If you did not have the store set it up, then I'd suspect you did not actually get a brand new Mac?

If the backup you're trying to restore from is encrypted, & you don't know the encrypted passcode, the backup will be unusable & you will not be able to recover any data from it. Encrypting an iPhone backup is not done automatically. You, or someone, had to elect to encrypt it to begin with, and no, there is no default passcode.
Did you have an Exchange account on your iPhone 4? It is common for Corp. Exchange accounts to require an iPhone backup be encrypted. If you did, you might try your Exchange password.

Many routers can have a master reset done to them by finding the little hole/button on the back of the device and holding it down with your finger/a pen or something and counting to about 30. From there you will need to research what the default master password'/username is to enter the gateway .

Recently a password entry text box for my Yahoo.com account started popping up when I open & use the built-in calendar on my iPhone 4s (I recently upgraded to 7.x, but I haven't applied the latest update yet). Me too, no widgets or safari extensions. I disabled javascript too. It just popped up while I was trying to figure out an iphoto issue.
