How do I get the RAM upgraded when there is no Authorized Dealer in my country?

I bought a late 2012 iMac at a Big Box store in Panama (Not Florida). No one spoke English and my Español is limited. I knew there was no optical drive in the maching and was prepared for that. But no where that I read while investigating this machine did it say : RAM not user installable.
You have to go to an Apple Authorized dealer to have your upgrade installed! That means a $65 an hour or more service charge, if you have access to a dealer. Probably more since that have to disassemble the entire machine to do what was a 5 minute task for a user. I'm betting you have to buy the RAM from the dealer as well. That would be three times street price.
Since I bought this iMac in Panama, the keyboard is Spanish. After some time with Apple Support, they still haven't given me an answer. Not that they didn't try. I found out on my own how to change the language and text. The keyboard now speaks English. However all of the keys, other than alphabet are still for a Spanish keyboard. How can I get new keycaps? (This questionmark was typed with the Underscore/dash key). I hate having to type several keys before I get to the right one.
As to the RAM, I guess I took a beating on the overall price. $1539 without tax for an $1149 machine with 8GB RAM and no way to install it. No optical drive, another $69.
APPLE! There is no Authorized Apple Dealer in the entire country of Panama! I tried purchasing from Amazon.com, but no one can ship outside of The U.S.A. However, the iMac I bought is identical to the one I tried to order. It was sold to me in Panama. What a bunch of crap. If they would have allowed my original order to be shipped, I would have no problems, be able to type at a speed prohibited by the wrong keycaps, Have the RAM pre installed, and be over $500 richer.
I've been using Apples since the Apple][......some thirty years with over a dozen or more models! This is the first time I feel CHEATED!

I would just contact Apple directly at 1-800- MYAPPLE and get all of this sorted out.
You have a brand new iMac with one year of free, complimentary AppleCare plus free 90 days of telephone support.
Call them, explain you situation very calmly to them and see if they can work something out for you.
We are all just users here. We can't really help you with this issue. Apple , from time to,time, does peruse these forums, but not regularly. You got lucky last time. They may not see your posting this time.
Only calling them direct will you get any help and assistance.

    This is a known issue. In the third parameter of extractvalue, set the namesapce. Then it works.

       When you use the Lion restore as described, it does a fresh install on the hard drive that you can select at the beginning of the process.  This provides a complete install of the very latest version of Lion, including the recovery partition.  The drive that you choose for the installation destination winds up like what you would have on a brand new computer from Apple.

    The iPhone has a proximity sensor that will turn the screen off if you hold the phone up to your ear. Don't hold it inches away hold it up close and the screen will go dark, hold it away from your ear and the screen will come alive.

    The Wi-Fi is optional on this notebook.
    This means the WLan could be available at time of purchase or through the upgrade program or from an authorized Toshiba service provider.
    In my knowledge the minPCI WLan card could be pleased inside the notebook.
    But the usage of the USB Wlan stick would be the simplest way to get the notebook WLan ready.
    You ask for the best router??? Many ISP provides own router devices. I would recommend using a WLan router which supports 802.11 B and G standards.
    If you will use such router you have to buy also a WLan USB stick which supports the same WLan standards.

    Sorry about the problems. Can you please send us a copy of the file here with a brief description so we can take a look at it? In most cases, the umlauts should be retained when converting from PDF to Word.

    I'm confused. What do YOU get when you push the feed button? And why is it working on yours and not either of my machines?

The error is: “The feed could not be loaded because the content is not in a known feed format.”

    On both error messages, the URL I was checking was:

    The last URL was, of course, the URL generated by iWeb.
    So, my question still is:
    HOW CAN I GET MY FEEDS TO WORK PROPERLY? If the problem is there shouldn't be an http:// after feed: then, how do I get iWeb to set it up properly?

    When I do BDC for Tcode 9KE0, which does PCA documents re-posting, I use statement as below:
          CALL TRANSACTION '9KE0' USING bdcdata MODE p_mode
                                  MESSAGES INTO itmsg.
    What I want to do is to get all messages in the ITAB "itmsg". But it's strange that I can't get the message to specify the document number when the document has already been successfully created. But I get the success message if I post it 9KE0 in forground instead of BDC.
    Is there any bug in my bdc program or in the standard function of 9KE0?

    Lion may still be available if you call the online Apple Store, though a couple of recent threads have reported it as no longer available. If the Apple Store still has it, they will ask for your Apple ID and credit card number and will then send you a code which you can redeem in the Mac App Store.
    Alternatively, you may still be able to find the USB installer at a local Apple Store or an Apple dealer, though available stocks will probably disappear quickly if they have not already. Otherwise you'll have to look for the USB installer on the open market, such as through eBay or a Mac User Group. Those USB installers are starting to rise in price.
    An alternative, if your MBA supports it, would be to upgrade directly to OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion. With either Lion or Mountain Lion, confirm compatibility of your exising applications and peripherals before you upgrade.

    I am having trouble exporting my demoes at a decent volume, not matter how i set the master volume or check that individual tracks are not peaking e.t.c I can never get my track to export to I Tunes at a volume that isn't painfully quiet.
    Regardless of what mastering I use on GB it always comes out at either the same or a lesser volume.
    I have also ensured that i have selected the option in GB to export at the highest possible volume.
    It is driving me nuts and I know its pretty simple, any idea ?

    Make sure you have the current version of iTunes.
    Now connect by USB, with iTunes open, the update notice will pop-up.
    Click on download only (If you're having problems don't complicate things with an install now.).
    Got the download?
    Eject the iPad and do something else for awhile.
    Come back open iTune, connect the iPad and install.
    Future updates won't require USB connection to iTunes but for now you have to.
    If your still stymied take the iPad to your nearest Apple Genius Bar and have them do it (make sure all necessary info is backed up on your home computer).
    Then call a local computer techie and find out what's going wrong with your machine.
