I Bought ringtones and assigned them to contacts and as my default ringer and then they were gone, how do I get them back?

Most browsers have a dedicated folder where they store downloaded files. Have you checked there? What OS are you using? What browser are you using? Did you run the installer? What ads? Where do you see them? Post a screen shot for anything you have difficulty explaining. Most of the time it is easier if we can see what you see.

All of your apps and media should be in iTunes on your computer.
If they are, plug the phone in and sync what you want to the device.
If they are not, you can redownload Apps from the app store at no charge.
Also, if you have a backup of your old device, you could restore that to the new device and it will put everything back.
You do sync your device with your computer regularly, correct?????

With the site on display, click on the site identity button (for details on what that is see [https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Site+Identity+Button]) and then on More Information. This will open up the page info dialog.
First select the Permissions panel, make sure that "Load Images" is set to allow (selecting Use Default should also work)
Next select the Media panel, then click on the first item in the list. Use the down arrow key to scroll through the list. If any item has the option "Block images from (domain name)" selected, de-select the option.
This should hopefully resolve your issue, but also see https://support.mozilla.com/kb/Images+or+animations+do+not+show
Some add-ons can also block images, for example if you have AdBlock Plus installed, make sure that you have not accidentally created a filter to block the images.

How do I get my Pages '09 (that I paid for in App store) into my new Macbook Air (as it's no longer available)?

I canot use the "new" Pages 5 for the raft of reasons poiinted out in these forums. I need a robust, full-powered word processor on my robust, full powered MAC.
I bought Pages '09 from the APP Store long ago for my old Macbook Air.
I upgraded to Mavricks on my old Macbook Air and see I still have the "old" Pages '09 app in my Applications directory.
Now I have a new Macbook Air I just bought on its way to me now.
Can I just copy the app from the file right over--or will it fial to run as it was not "installed" properly?
HOW DO I GET PAGES '09 onto my NEW Mac?

If that doesn't work you can use Migration Assistant - of course that will move all the application to the new computer.

My son has just mistakenly deleted an app, Mini Pets, which I had paid money to buy added extras blue gems and coins and things, to help him progress!
I have tried to re download it but it just takes him back to very begin , any1 any ideas :(((

You deleted the data so it's gone.
However, if you backed up your iPad to your computer prior to deleting the app, you should be able to restore it to that point.
When you're iPad is connected to iTunes, just click on the Summary tab, and click on Restore Backup. But if you backed up more recently than when he deleted, you're out of luck. There's no way to recover content stored on your iPad then got deleted.

If you don't have a backup then the only possible solution is to go back to the store and see if they can get your old phone and create a backup of that. I know very often that Apple employees will wipe the returned iPhones clean before shipping them back to wherever they ship them.
When you say your old phone was "broken" does this mean it is dead and won't turn on?
Do you have a Time Machine backup of your computer, or a clone that might have this info on it?
Other than that I hate to say you may be out of luck. Time Machine and/or a cloning program performed regularily will inevitably save your a** in situations like this.

When I am watching a video; how do I get the controls back up?
I touch and touch the screen, sometimes hard, sometimes soft, sometimes sweeping etc; nothing happens.
If it double-tap, the video expands and contracts, but no controls appear.
If it hit the home button, it closes the video and goes to the home screen.

A single tap when the video is running should bring up the controls. You may have to wait a few seconds. If this doesn't work, try resetting your iPhone by pressing the home and sleep buttons until you see the Apple logo, ignoring the slider. Takes about 5-15 secs of button holding and you won't lose any data or settings.
