Hi everyone, I have seen videos of people's iPhones with Microsoft Exchanged and heaps of other things. How do I get all of this stuff on mt iPhone of is it one of the updates,

Do you work for a company that provides an Exchange account which is thru an Exchange Server for their employees?
An iPhone can access an Exchange account now as an IMAP or POP account, but the Exchange admin must enable IMAP or POP account access on the server for your account.
Apple is licensing ActiveSync from Microsoft for the iPhone, which will provide Exchange type account access along with over the air syncing for contact information and calender events with an Exchange Server.
This is coming in June with firmware update 2.0 for the iPhone - along with 3rd party applications available for the iPhone which are approved by Apple. 3rd party applications will be available for download via the iTunes App Store - also made available with firmware update 2.0.

Anything else you see is the result of hacks/modifications to the iPhone operating system which is not supported by Apple, and if these cause any problems that would normally be covered under warranty, this will void the warranty.

Since you say you cant see the back up in iTunes you should be able to see it when following the last step where it says for iTunes 10.7 or earlier. Dont worry as this step also works for iTunes 11. -

If the books were all purchased from the iBooks Store, then you should be able to download it again. On your iOS devices, check in Settings > iBooks to see if Show Purchases is turned on and then open iBooks and they should be there. How do I get this stuff off of my phone?
Through the 12 days app, I got some music and music videos that downloaded straight to my phone... I no longer want any of it.
I have swiped on my phone and "deleted" them but, how can i make them go away - they have the cloud symbol and are ready for re-download...
When I sync to my iTunes - these tracks do not sync to my library. However, I must have some corrupted files because two of them appear in my iTunes under my phone yet are greyed out and I can't do anthing to them. A third - shows a circled exclamation point to the left and I can't do anything to it either...
I want all of it off of my phone and iTunes completely!

Apple deleted every single thing on my phone. How can I get this stuff back? Please help me.
So I plugged my phone to the computer to add new music, and then Apple said it needed to do an update. So I did. And then when my phone turns back on, pictures and stuff are gone up to a certain date (which must be when I last did a back up. The strange thing is I had some stuff storaged in the Cloud (which is really hard to use) and it was also deleted.
Someone please tell me what to do and how to get my stuff back.

I have been running 5.0 great for a while now, but today I tried downloading and running FF 3.6. As it was opening it stopped responding, but then I tried to force quit but then it worked and loaded up the pages I had open on 5.0 when I closed it.
I then closed the 3.6 version and ran the 5.0. I noticed a few things were gone or different...
~Several add-ons/extensions and toolbars were gone. Some of them were: Adblock Plus, Read it Later (and all its saved pages), Stumble Upon toolbar.... and more I am not sure of...
~Some of the saved sessions in my Session Manager add-on were gone.
~FF 5 seems to not be asking if I want to save my pages whenever I quit.
~The settings for how my tabs appeared has changed also... Like the color of text and where a new tab goes when I click on a link (to the right of the current tab or all the way to the right)... I am not sure if this is because of an associated add-on/extension being deleted.
UPDATE: I checked my profile folder and all of the extensions' data is all still there but FF5 is just not reading it correctly. (like adblock plus... I see the folder for it but FF5 doesn't have it on the add-on manager page when I run FF5) (The stumble upon toolbar folder is also in my profile folder but is not showing up in View->Toolbars when I actually run FF5)
Any help would be extremely appreciated.

these songs were bought using my old iPhone/on an old computer so it isn't possible for me to copy the files to another device. how do i find them?

I would check the purchase history to see the purchases. If you have any further questions about it, there is another article that will assist with getting back those purchases resolved.
On a computer with iTunes installed, click purchase history to have iTunes open and display your purchase history. You will be prompted for your Apple ID and password.

Somehow my iTunes app has been put into the trash. How can I get this and all of the stuff that was in it back to my Application folder? I try to drag it out of trash, but it won't work.
Also, when I do try to drag it out of the Trash to put it back into Applications (on the Finder sidebar), it asks me to authenticate with the administration password. I enter it, and then a window appears saying that I can't do that because I do not have permission to modify iTunes. Please help.

Two days ago, I lost a bunch of my contacts, appointments on my calendar, and my mail is working differently on iPhone! What happened? I didn't change anything! This has happened to other people I know too. How do I get my stuff back?! Did Apple change/update something? Is it an iCloud issue? HELP!

You should transfer all purchases to your computer. File>Devices>Transfer Purchases

Ignore iTunes prompt to sync.
Find ipod device in 'My computer'
Open the ipod drive and click on ORGANIZE. Then folder and search options tab. Then View and Show hidden files and folders. (You may have done this before)
A folder called "ipod_control" should appear. Open it
Within this folder there should be another "ipod_control" folder. Open that too.
Copy and paste everything in this folder to a folder in "My Music", name it so you can recognize it.
Return to iTunes, then go to File -> Add folder to libary.
Find that folder you pasted to my music. Highlight it and press select.
Wait. iTunes will recognise the code of the files and begin importing it all to your libary.
Thats it! Your files are moved. ^_^
(PS. you may want to look over them as some of the code will not have been translated, but if you recognise the songs then it should not be a problem.)
