How do I get Thunderbird to turn E-mail addresses blue?

I am used to the E-mail addresses automatically turning blue, in some case underlined.
Can Thunderbird do this?
If so, How?

Maybe there is an add on?
There are preferences to change the css of the emails that display[http://forums.mozillazine.org/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=375991] that has the underline option pref, and the file name where the css is stored. Maybe just add font-color:blue;

Hi! Please help me. I need to know what to do.
This just happened today. Before, everything was fine.
Starting today, when I type someone's name in the To box of my email, no email address comes up. I have to go to my address book to find out what it is and then type it in manually.
I want the old system back where I typed in the first few letters and it offered me email addresses from my address book.
What do I need to do to get it back?

Check to see if the feature is turned on.
From the Menu Bar select '''Tools-Options-Composition-Addressing
No menu bar? Press the alt key.
Forget about going back to the address book from the write window. Turn on the Contact Sidebar.
Open a Write window and press F9 to turn it on. Find the contact that you want and double click on it to add to an address box or select multiple contacts and use one of the Add To buttons at the bottom.

I had a similar issue with my phone.....it just shut off and wouldn't come back on even thought it was charged. My daughter toggled the mute switch several times and then she pressed and held down the home and lock buttons. It worked......would be worth a shot.

Every time I open a new tab in Thunderbird, no matter how I do it (menu, double-click, etc) it opens the content in a new tab, but remains focused on the current tab. How do I get Thunderbird to immediately switch to a new tab when I open one? It's quite annoying to have to mouse back to the tab list and click on the new one every time. This is SO simple to configure in Firefox, but seems to be totally missing in Thunderbird. Weird.
