How do I get to be the owner of my own phone?

All I want to do is to be able to print out my billing statement.  I pay the bills, I'm the only one with access to this phone.... what's up?

Do you have a pre-paid or post-paid account? Are you on a More Everything plan or an older Nationwide plan? Are you the only line on the account or is this a multiple line account? Are you signed up with MyVerizon?
With the amount of information you have given, no one will be able to help you.
If you are on a pre-paid account, I am unsure if you get billing statements.
If you are on a post-paid account, you would need to have a MyVerizon account in order to print out your billing statement.
If you have multiple lines on the account, your line would have to be listed as the account owner/account manager before you would have access to the billing statements. Whether or not you are the one paying the bills, the account owner is the one whose SS# was used to open the account. If it was yours, call CS or stop by a Verizon store to have the account owner associated with your line.
If your line is the only line on the account, you should be able to view/print your billing statements simply by logging into your MyVerizon account and choosing to view/print them.
If you don't have a MyVerizon account, you will need to register at My Verizon Log-in | Verizon Wireless before you would be able to view/print your billing records.
