You can't. But if you backed up your computer prior to wiping it out, you should be able to restore your iTunes library, contacts, photos, etc. from that backup. Once you do, you can set the phone up again and just sync everything from your library back to it.
If you didn't back the computer up either, you can transfer items purchased on the phone into iTunes, and if you set up at least one contact in whatever application you sync your contacts to on the computer, it will offer to merge the address books on the first sync, saving those. Any media you'd acquired from sources other than the iTunes store will have to be re-downloaded from the source or re-ripped.
The iPhone is NOT a backup device.

The Crucial site appears to have recommended the correct spec 4gB RAM stick for your model. Please note that you will need to remove the existing sticks of RAM to install new, so you will need 2x4gB to get to 8gB.
When your model of computer was designed/built, it was tested with readily available 2x4gB (8gB). After release RAM retailers have tested it with higher amounts, and Apple didn't update their quoted specs.

If you are referring to The Songs Of Innocence album (£7.99) then that was given free to everyone three months ago, and was free until 13th October - you are sure that you've been charged, it's not a temporary store holding charge ? Yes I have read of other reports from people saying theirs are fine. I am really looking forward to purchashing one but I do not want to take a 2000 dollar chance that I might end up with a bad screen. I am still waiting for apple to make an announcement. I was able to get a refund processed for storage I accidentally purchased by calling the above number ^^.
It did take me three calls because the system is fully automated and it was difficult speaking an answer to any of the automated questions that would actually get me to a live person - the first time I was automatically hung up on for not replying; the second time I couldn't get past the automated system. The third time I was finally transferred to a live person; and after being transferred to a second live person it took about 20 minutes to get the refund processed. I'm hoping it goes through and will be watching my credit card statement closely for the next week. Apple will call me back a week from today to ensure the refund was processed.
