think the titles says it all but could do with contacting someone at the moderation team to get some exact dates. etc
Long story short after agreeing with moderator to cancel line installation, BTOpenreach still turned up and installed a
line.
Reason I cancelled is because no work allowed between June and Sept at site where line was to be installed.
I just need the info to appease the site management that I had cancelled the order, although I have since been told BTO never got updated.
My last email from moderator was in May 2013, I have tried responding using said email but as yet nothing heard, I may be being a little impatient but if someone could give me a steer would be grateful.

Managed a BT online chat with Edel D****y this afternoon, she was very very helpful.
I needed detail of dates order cancelled and then the date of the BTOpenreach cancellation.
Need info to ensure I am on safeground with the site where install took place etc they don't like heavy work undertaken between June and end Sept.
Also to ensure I don' get presented with a bill for work by BTO.
I think I have what I need for now so please don't go digging any further for now, I will be back if BTO drop a bill my way.

In the menu that said "turn system icons on or off", try clicking on the blue writing on the bottom left of that menu that says "restore default icon behaviors". -

How can I get my speaker to work again? I've tried turning my phone off and on, hard reset, removing SIM, cleaning out dust, using the hair dryer, network reset, cleaning headphone port, made sure the phone was not on vibrate,and made sure "Change with buttons" was on. There was no liquid/moisture damage. I was watching a video on youtube and all of a sudden my speaker went out. If I tap on the speaker it goes in and out but does not stay on/loud.
Do you get sound in any apps e.g. in Music and Videos but not notifications or sound in other apps ? If you do get sound in Music and Videos then have you got notifications muted ? Only notifications (including games) get muted, so the Music and Videos apps, and headphones, still get sound.
Depending on what you've got Settings > General > Use Side Switch To set to (mute or rotation lock), then you can mute notifications by the switch on the right hand side of the iPad above the volume switch, or via the taskbar : double-click the home button; slide from the left; and it's the icon far left; press home again to exit the taskbar. If you don't get sound in any apps then have you could try a soft-reset to see if you get sound after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -

They will only be where you put them If you are doing the very basics, then they will be on your computer and they will be in your backup copy of your computer.
The itunes store is not global at all, never has been. You cannot redownload your content from another country. You can only use the countrys itunes store for the country that you are physically located. -

How can I get rid of opening message about found photos?
When I attempt to open iPhoto6 on my iMac G5, before it loads the photos, I get this message that won't go away until I respond:
"6294 photos have been found in the iPhoto Library folder that were not imported. Would you like to import them?"
Question 1: How can I prevent this message reappearing everytime I open iPhoto?
Question 2: I have just a tad over 2000 photos in my library and didn't upload more than that. Somehow, those must be duplications. How can I get rid of them?

iMac G5 Mac OS X (10.4.4)Any third-party software that doesn't install by drag-and-drop into the Applications folder, and uninstall by drag-and-drop to the Trash, is a system modification.
Whenever you remove system modifications, they must be removed completely, and the only way to do that is to use the uninstallation tool, if any, provided by the developers, or to follow their instructions. If the software has been incompletely removed, you may have to re-download or even reinstall it in order to finish the job.
Here are some general guidelines. Suppose you want to remove something called “BrickYourMac.” First, consult the product's Help menu, if there is one, for instructions. Finding none there, look on the developer's website, say www.brickyourmac.com. (That may not be the actual name of the site; if necessary, search the Web for the product name.) If you don’t find anything on the website or in your search, contact the developer. While you're waiting for a response, download BrickYourMac.dmg and open it. There may be an application in there such as “Uninstall BrickYourMac.” If not, open “BrickYourMac.pkg” and look for an Uninstall button.
You may have to log out or reboot in order to complete an uninstallation.
If you can’t remove software in any other way, you’ll have to erase your boot volume and perform a clean reinstallation of OS X. Never install any third-party software unless you're sure you know how to uninstall it; otherwise you may create problems that are very hard to solve.
Trying to remove complex system modifications by hunting for files by name often will not work and may make the problem worse. The same goes for "utilities" that purport to remove software. -
My account seems to be hacked for I have over $200 in charges on my credit card that I didn't create - how can I get those stopped or cancelled and my money back?
I had this happen, itunes won't do anything. You have to claim it through your credit card and change your itunes password. I was able to cancel some pending orders but itunes support was not able to help at all. It took them three days to respond. I was also able to change the shipping address on an order and send it back.

In March of this year I signed up for 3 new lines and was assured by the sales representative Mr. Christopher (removed) that each line would receive a $100 credit. Over the past 5 months each time I contacted customer service about the credits, I was told that they take 2 to 4 billing cycles. This time I was told that the credits were not being honored because the lines were not ported until April. I have an email from the sales representative showing that the orders were placed in March, however no one at Verizon cares to see the evidence. This is unacceptable and I need to speak with a manager who can honor the agreement.

I have recently purchased Photoshop Elements - but accidentally chose the PC version rather than Mac (I had changed to Mac the week before). I spent over 3 hours using the online support to get the activation code changed from a PC to a Mac version but the conversation kept disconnecting, meaning that I had to go over everything 3 times. I just want to speak to someone!!!! Can anyone guide me on how I can rectify this?

I am somewhat new to apple products. I am from the U.S. and currently studying in the Czech Republic.
I have an itouch with an apple ID, but lately I can't get it to charge or work. After pluggin the usb recharge cable to the computer at my universities facility, it gives a black page with a picture of the cable and the arrow pointing to itunes logo. The school's computer labs don't have i tunes or anything like that.
I also just got an iphone 4S and have been trying to set up and i can't seem to complete the process for the itunes so i can install the apps i had in the itouch and also to get new apps. It stops me and says to contact the itunes for support right after the input of address and phone number information, etc...
The purchase was made in the czech republic from a vodafone store, but if i remember right i configured it to US settings so I don't have to deal so much with everything showing up in Czech.
I tried getting help by going to the support, but after putting in my name, email, phone number for scheduling a call with them it rejects the phone number because i am putting in my czech phone number. Putting in my previous US number would be useless because I am not in the US and that number is probably inactive.
I would to get some English speaking support while being here in the czech republic.
Any advice?
