When starting up, if you hold down the Option key you are supposed to get to the Startup manager, where you can select which disk to start up from, etc. But this doesn't seem to work when using the Apple Bluetooth wireless keyboard. How do I get to the contacts manager on VZW web site? I last used it months ago but it doesn't work now.

A family member has an LG Revere flip phone, and when we need to add several or remove several contacts, it USED to be easier to go into the contacts management page on the VZW web site, but when I went to look tonight, it kept showing the Backup Assistant information for the wrong phone, and ONLY showing me the (nonexistent) contacts for that other phone. The Revere is the only non-smartphone on the account, so it's the only phone I have ever wanted to use the backup assistant and online contacts manager for.
Now that I think of it, tonight it was also asking me to agree to use the Backup Assistant, which I thought was strange because (as I said) we were already using it for that one phone but not the others. But when i agreed it showed me the (default -- generic Verizon) contacts for MY phone, not the one I was looking for. When I have tried several different ways to get to the other phone information, I have been seeing more and more website errors.
I guess there was a glitch somewhere... I will try again but I'm putting this out there in case someone has an answer.

On firefox 3.6, I have my favorite tabs shown on my home page. When I choose to bookmark a file I am given a choice to locate it in the Bookmark menue or Bookmark toolbar folder. How do I do this in FF4.0

Some menu entries in the main menu bar are hidden if you use the mouse and only appear if you use the keyboard to open the menu (Bug 626825).
You can see the difference if you use Alt+F to open the File menu or Alt+B to open the Bookmarks menu and compare that to what you see if you use the mouse to open the menu after you have made the menu bar visible by tapping Alt or by pressing F10.

Windows 7 does not let me acccess the Mozilla folder to back up my Firefox Bookmarks - how do I get to these bookmarks?

I used to go into my application data folder in windows explorer to get to my Firefox bookmarks so that I can back them up. In Windows 7 access to this folder is denied. I looked in the users folder and in program files as well. I can't find my Mozilla files anywhere. I know you can backup your bookmarks directly from Firefox but I don't know what a json file is and I'm more comfortable with having a readable (i.e. open-able) bookmarks file. I did that (I think I did) however the confusion is that I get only part of the menu and not the most important menu items like "file" "edit" etc. with all the drop downs. It is so freaky - my other computers have no problem like this and I and show the menu bar or not just like you described. I really doubt anyone really understands my problem with it. I took some screen shots of the good computer version and the bad one so someone can "see" exactly what I am seeing. This may be a one of a kind gremlin issue, LOL. Anyway, without those menu items, I am very limited on the usefulness of FireFox on that computer so I have to rely more on Chrome for those features and use the FireFox with Billeo and other tools that still work. Someday it may magically fix itself, LOL.
Of the two images, one is the good computer and the other is the bad. The bad one shows the only way to see the menu items however they disappear after I am done with the custom menu and no other time can I get the items to "appear" it is like they are there but cannot get them to show when in the normal menu bar mode.

If you migrated your MobileMe account before 1 August you should have signed into System Preferences>iCloud with it, and you would be able to see your calendars, bookmarks and emails on the iCloud website. Is this the case? Did you sign into iCloud with your @me.com address?
If you did not migrate your MobileMe account you can no longer do so.
If you did migrate, did you do so from a full MobileMe account or from a Family Pack sub-account? the latter did not get the complimentary storage (because their iDisks were only 5GB anyway).
If you had a full MobileMe account, check on your Mac - System Preferences>iCloud - and see whether that shows the upgrade. If it doesn't, you probably need to contact Support: if you currently happen to have AppleCare, either because you recently bought Apple hardware or have paid to extend the inititial period, you can contact them here:

You will need the serial number of the covered hardware.
