HI my ipod video is totally not working so requested a service Apple sent UPS with the correct packaging so ipod put in there all snug it says do not seal until UPS return to collect it but I can not find out how that happens?? please does anyone know? is there a contact email or anything? MAny thanks in advance.

Of course I am serious! I have only had the thing 1 month and I am following their instructions UPS deliver the packaging you pack it they return and it says do not seal it until they do so and this is where the information stops. And to my knowledge I have no idea where a UPS store is in my area in England. So any information on how I can actually contact someone from Apple servicing would be appreciated. Thanks

How do I get iTunes to pick up the existing iTunes library?

I tried changing the location of the iTunes library to an exact copy of the original on an external drive. When iTunes did not seem to pick that up, tried to switch back again to the original library in the default location, but iTunes does not recognise it anymore. I read the instructions on how to transfer a library to a new computer and that seems to instruct just what I did. Additional info: when I now load a song into the "new" empty iTunes library, the files end up alongside the originals with a " 1" attached to the name. So iTunes does "know" the files are their, but does not show them and does not show the playlists etc.
Any ideas on this anyone?

Make sure you are holding Option when launching iTunes to choose the alternate iTunes Library.
If the library is on an external drive that is disconnected when you launch iTunes, you'll get another iTunes Library in the default location.

Ipad won't pickup wifi at home, but will at my sons house......how do i get it to pick up here?

I can not pick up wifi at home, but can at my son's house.....laptops work great .....any idea's why my mini ipad won't connect ?

Some things to try first:
1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.

4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
5. Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
    •    Launch Settings app

    •    Tap on the blue arrow of the Wi-Fi network that you connect to from the list
    •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

Basic Voicemail on my Galaxy S5 will not pick up. It is set up, because I can dial *86 and that works, but when I try calling my cell from my house phone, it rings and rings, and then says "your call cannot be completed at this time" and hangs up. How do I get voicemail to pick up?

Is call forwarding set up on your cell phone? Press *73, wait for the tones, then hang up - this will cancel any call forwarding that may have been set up inadvertently, or purposely. See if it connects to VM after that.
If that doesn't work, I suggest calling Customer Service (option 4 for "Other", then say the word "agent" when prompted; see if the rep can reset your voicemail, or at least check it from their end to ensure it is properly activated and set up.

If you migrated all the info from time machine to your new MBP. The TM will usually ask to connect to the old backups.. sorry I am not sure is this what you want to do.. Personally I think you start a fresh backup.
BTW Time Capsule does not do anything.. it is a dumb hard disk in a box.. it is TM that does everything.

Typically iCloud and iTunes only save the latest backup. In reality, when you subsequently backup, the last backup is modified with the changes and you only have one backup. The except seems to be if you restore from backup it appears that that backup is retained.
Go to Settings>iCloud>Storage and Backup>Manage Storage and to iTunes>Preferences>Devices and see if more than one backup is listed.

You may have installed the "VSearch" trojan, perhaps under a different name. Remove it as follows.
Malware is constantly changing to get around the defenses against it. The instructions in this comment are valid as of now, as far as I know. They won't necessarily be valid in the future. Anyone finding this comment a few days or more after it was posted should look for more recent discussions or start a new one.
Back up all data before proceeding.
Triple-click anywhere in the line below on this page to select it:
