How do I get Widgets back on my Dock and Flash Mcaromedia Problem
I took off Widgets from my Dock last week, now I want it back. Could someone please tell me how to do so?
I have done a search on the Macromedia Problem and I just cant figure it out!
When I go on the Forums I get "The page “All things iPod, iTunes and beyond | iLounge” has content of MIME type “application/x-shockwave-flash”. Because you don’t have a plug-in installed for this MIME type, this content can’t be displayed."
Then it also directs me to the site to download it from Macromedia.com, after I download, nothing happends, tried numerous times.
Could someone please help????

Hi there,
To get your widgets back in the dock go to your applications folder click and hold Dashboard. Drag it to where you want it in the dock and release. Good to go.
I unfortunately do not have an answer for you on your Macromedia dilemma. I have run into this myself without resolve. It may not be Mac compatiable?...Maybe someone else will have more insight.

StephanieDrag the Safari icon straight up and off the Dock so it goes, "poof" ...
Now click and hold the Safari app in the Applications folder and drag that to the Dock.
See if you can open a webpage in Safari. -
How can I get Applications back to the Dock?
I've stupidly just dragged my applications folder to Trash (I was surprised Mac didn't ask me if I really wanted to). I've tried to find it in Trach but it's not there, but it is down left-hand in Finder. How can I get it back to the Dock?
To get the icon for the hard drive showing on the Desktop, go to Finder's Preferences (in Finder menu) and on the General tab checkmark the item "Hard disks".
To have an icon representing the hard drive appear in the Sidebar in a Finder window, in Finder's Preferences go to the Sidebar tab and checkmark "Hard disks" in the Devices section.
Yet a third way to see the Applications folder itself - open the Applications folder, either via that entry in the Go menu or by clicking it in the Sidebar in a Finder window. Then hold down the Command key and click on the name of the folder (Applications) at the top of its window. A small dropmenu will open; select the hard drive's name from that list.
Another way - go to the View menu and select "Show Path Bar". This will open a narrow area at the bottom of each Finder window; this area will display the path to the folder that's open, including the hard drive. Double-click the mini-icon for the hard drive in that path, and the window should change to display the root-level contents of the hard drive, which includes the Applications folder. -
I purchase iTunes Match. When I applied it to my iphone5, it erased my music library. Even when I restored my backup, the library was not there. I still have all of the music on my ipad2. I thought that iTunes Match would allow me to put my library of music on the new MacBook I purchased last week. What did I do wrong and how do I get the music onto my MacBook and back onto my iphone?
For iTunes Match to work, your music needs to be in your iTunes library on your computer.

My iPad's keyboard has jumped up to the top this of the screen and is split. How do I get it back to it's normal position at the bottom and one full keyboard?
Just to clarify this a little bit....
Pull the two ends of the keyboard together - into the middle of the screen. You can also tap and hold down on the little keyboard icon in the lower right corner of the keyboard and select - Dock and Merge.
If the keyboard is up on the middle of the screen, but not split, and you want to move it back to the bottom - tap and hold down on the little keyboard and icon and select - Dock
If you don't want this feature - You can turn the split keyboard off in Settings>General>Keyboard>Split Keyboard>Off. -

I am quite dismayed at changes that have recently been made on my two email accounts; gmail and yahoo.
My yahoo toolbar has completely disappeared along with the bookmarks of which I had several.
Not long ago my "favorites" list disappeared and I had to replace it with "bookmarks".
WHAT IS GOING ON?
I also do not like the e-mail changes with the send box having the "send" and other tools on the BOTTOM. How awful. Change doesn't always mean "better".
Will you please advise me as to how I may get my toolbar and bookmarks back?
ALSO, the e-mails do not fit my computer screen and many times I have shut down the e-mail and re-enter my passwords in order to get out of a page. CAN YOU FIX THIS? Everything worked so well before.
Please tell me where I can get help with these items. I AM A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.

My borther accidentally plugged my phone into his computer which wiped everything off my phone and downloaded his itunes imediately. I have icloud but everything I try to do on my phone just has his accounts detaiils - how do I change it back. I am now home and plugged my phone into my computer to try to restore and all I get up on my computer is his itunes account - what do I do?

How can i get tone back, they been deleted and i didnt back them up
how can i get back my tones and ringtones on my phone, i forgot to back the phone also before i sync it
There has been a issue with ringtones and apple knows about it and is working on fixing it.
Apple is advising customers not to repurchase ringtones and if you did, just give them a ring and they will refund you.
Until then don't purchase any more ringtones at least until the next update.
You can request a refund by going to the Account section within iTunes on a Mac or PC, or you can get help by chat, or contact Apple Care.

If the books were all purchased from the iBooks Store, then you should be able to download it again. On your iOS devices, check in Settings > iBooks to see if Show Purchases is turned on and then open iBooks and they should be there. Clumsy user new to Mac - how do I get Finder back into the Dock?
While messing around deleting playlists in iTunes it seems I managed to drag Finder off the Dock and onto the Desktop.
The Desktop version is now completely inactive and the only way to access Finder is to close down every other application first, leaving Finder as the default.
How can I restore Finder to the Dock? Is this even possible? Or am I better off setting up a separate shortcut somewhere else in the system?

If you navigate to your computer (double-click hard drive)/System folder (blue X)/Library/CoreServices (blue X)/Finder, you can try dragging the Finder app. to the dock to re-create a shortcut.

Display enlarged and stuck on e-mail screen . . . when I turn my phone on/off the e-mail comes up ot the home screen and I cannot no get the size back to normal . . . any suggestions?
Double tap with THREE fingers to turn zoom off, then go into: Settings>General>Accessibility and turn it off for good.

Desparate to know if I can get my photos which were synced onto my ipod classic.Now I have lost all the data from my computer and want to put the photos back onto computer. I know if it is synced it will delete everything. I have gone into itunes on my computer and ticked the box to prevent automatic syncing but I still am too nervous to connect up.
You'll need the help of 3rd party software to extract the photos from your iPod to your computer. Google will be your friend on this one. I can't recommend any particular ones.
Keep in mind that the photos on your iPod are no longer in full resolution, but instead are now scaled down versions created by iTunes during the sync process so that the resulting photo would be optimized for viewing on your iPod classic.

Open the Applications folder, find them one at a time & drag them to the Dock, likely/hopefully you just dragged the aliases up off the Dock.
