How do I get Word Styles to come over to PDF as Bookmarks?

Using MS 2010 Word with Adobe X......When creating a PDF from Word, I use bookmarks and styles from the word document. Only the Bookmarks (Headings) come over ..... NOT the styles (i.e., Figure and Table Titles, and all other pertinent styles that I pick).
What can be done to rectify this. I did not have this issue with Acrobat 9......

Sigh You are infected with one of the strains of the Flasback trojan. You are not the first, and unfortunately not going to be the last. So I don't have to retype all the instructions, here's some from MadMacs0 for another user where I've modified it for your case:
Select "Go to Folder" from the "Go" menu of the Finder (or type Command-Shift-G).
In the window copy and paste the following:
     ~/.MacOSX/ and hit return.
Make note of the date the file "environment.plist" was created / modified then drag it to the trash.
Open the Terminal app (found in /Applications/Utilities/)
Copy and paste the following commands into a Terminal window after the "$ " prompt, followed by the return key:
     rm -rf "~/Library/Application Support/.USBSafelyRemove.so"
     rm -rf ~/Library/Logs/vmlog
     rm -rf /Users/Shared/.USBSafelyRemove.so
     rm -rf /Users/Shared/.svcdmp
You will not receive confirmation of deletion, but you may be told that some of the files do not exist as not all have been found by all users.
Holding down the option key, select "Empty Trash" from the Finder menu, then restart your computer. All the visible signs of the Trojan should be gone at this point.
Again I want to emphasize that we do not know enough about this Trojan to be confident all the damage has been repaired. You are still advised to make certain you have a solid backup of your data and using the original installation disks, install and upate OS X and all your applications from a trusted source. Then restore your data files from backup. Or use TimeMachine to take you back to the date you were infected.
And lastly, Intego has discovered that the Trojan attempts to sniff out usernames and passwords that you enter into many popular sites (like banking sites, Google, PayPal, and others), presumably so that the malfeasants behind the software can exploit that information in other nefarious ways, and sends them back via Twitter. You should assume that happened and change the passwords for all such accounts that you have visited since being infected along with any other accounts that use the same password.

Pages v5 does not provide a user assignable word count variable. With some AppleScript, and a paste operation from the clipboard, you can have locale punctuated word count in this format: 7,803 — anywhere in your document. I would suggest that you copy paste the following AppleScript into your [Apple] Script Editor and save it (suggestion) wordcnt.applescript. Then, follow this with an option+Save As… and this time set the File format to Script Bundle, or Application with hidden extension — saved to your Desktop. Provided you have a Pages document open, you are then a double-click from the ability to paste your current word count into Pages.
Note: If you have Pages word count display enabled, it will automatically count your pasted value as another word which initially may deceive on true word count at the time the script was run.

I added Lion and lost word!!! Not happy! How can I get word back?

Regarding your other question about scrolling: Lion is really designed with trackpads in mind.
If you don't like the scroll direction then reverse it by un-checking "scroll direction: natural" in either your trackpad or mouse preferences.
You can use any number of applications to open and save Word formatted documents. Some are free. MS Office 11 is not your only choice.

I had a similar problem a while back. The issue was with the speaker jack plug and the macbook phone socket. For some reason the jack plug was not a good a fit, as say the jack that comes with the iphone ear phones. A few tiwsts and turns of the speaker jack plug and it eventually became a snug(ish) fit. Have a look on you tune. There are a couple of videos on there that might help if this is not the issue.

This can happen when you both share the same Apple ID for iMessage. You can continue to share the same ID for purchasing from the iTunes and App stores, but you should use separate IDs for iMessage and FaceTime.
To fix this, on one of the phones, to go Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a separate ID. Then do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime.

iText is a third party library to create PDF originally written for java. iTextSharp is
the C# adaptation of that library.
