How do i get you to reset my account please so i can do my settings
hi i have been waiting for quite some time the problem is you have to have a password for every site and whats going on is with all the different sites you end up screwing up along the way and before you know it you have a very big list of passwords i am not a person to get so upset over little things like this but it is getting out of control can you please help me you can text me a number to enter in like yahoo there big problem is it seems like i can no longer keep up with them so now they just TEXT a number if i get it wrong
and the other problem is if forget to right it down .....now you really look stupid ..........help... you can call me or text a number.....thank you
Did you install Firefox from the mozilla.org website?
Firefox should not be asking for a password on every page.
Sometimes a problem with Firefox may be a result of malware installed on your computer, that you may not be aware of.

You can't get it reset; if you could there would be no point in having it. If you have an encrypted backup there are two ways this could have happened:
You checked "Encrypt Backup" in iTunes at some time in the past, either intentionally or by accident
You have a corporate MS Exchange account and your Exchange administrator installed a security profile on your phone that requires the phone'a contents to be encrypted. This, in turn, requires the backup to be encrypted for obvious reasons.
In either case you were prompted for a password the first time you backed up after whichever of these happened. So think about what you might have entered for a password at that time. There are also some scam password crackers available that don't actually work and possibly steal your information. It's likely that a developer of one or more of these will post a response with a link (possibly hidden) to their "product". Thanks for any help! Im getting desperateOkay. To do this go to https://appleid.apple.com. From there, click on "Manage Account" and imput your account's password. Once you have logged in, go to the tab on the left that says "Password and Security". It should ask you for your security questions, and underneath them, there should be a blue link to reset them.
If there isn't a blue link, you may need to add an alternative email address.

I updated my IOS on my iPhone 4S and it locked up. I had to restore my phone and now iTunes will not go past the setup your phone screen even though the phone as been restored. How do I get iTunes to go past this screen so I can sync my phone again?
Depending on what iPhone you have when you get to the connect to wifi you should be able to activate your device over cellular data. Try doing a hard reset by holding the home circle button an power button until an apple pops up and the go through the setup again and when you get to the wifi part a option should be setup with cellular data iPhone 4 and above should give this option sometimes doesn't like showing up that's why u have to do a hard reset first

I have a new iPad2 16GB+3G. ( Only got this yesterday.) I have set up a wireless router so am able to use WiFi at home. When I attempt to set up a cellular data connection (ATT) I get to the "view account" which asks for my login ID and password, which of course I do not have yet because I haven't set up an account yet. How do I get to a "set up account" screen?
I'm taking that this is a used iPad. Have you removed the microSIM and got one of your own?
Also, have you cleared it out with Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings?
And if that does not work you may need to contact the cell provider. -

Answer the questions and if required sign in with your Apple ID and password - same one you used to log in on this support forum.
You will find an option to send an email to Apple on that page. Indicate that you forgot the answers to your security questions and wait for iTunes support to reply. -

You can't transfer a balance (nor its purchases) to another account. Do you have any of its purchases on your computer's iTunes library ? If you do then selecting it and doing 'get-info' (control-I) should tell you the account id on the Summary tab on the popup.

I have had the same problem as yours on my Ipad after upgraded Procreate 2.01. My iOS is 7.04. I tried to find solution from internet for weeks. Fortunately, the problem was resolved a few minutes ago. It is very simple,
1. Lunch outlook.com to confirm you can access hotmail mailbox. It means your account is Ok.
2. Go to setting>Mail,Contacts,Calendars.Delete your hotmail account from your device.(my device is Ipad)
3. Turn off your device, then turn on again.
4. Go to setting>Mail,Contacts,Calendars and create your hotmail account by tap outlook.com. Be sure the incoming mail server is pop3.live.com.
5. Waiting for validation.

Did you backup the iPad first? If you did - restore from the backup in order to restore the photos in the Saved Album on your iPad. If the photos were synced to the iPad, then sync them back again via iTunes.

If you did backup first, you will be restoring your most recent backup and you should be OK. But know that when you restore from a backup, you restore everything that is in that backup onto the iPad .... All documents, device settings, all data and so on. You cannot just select photos to restore to the iPad. It's all or nothing. -

Are you being prevented booting into your MBP due to the HDD being full? If so try a a safe boot:

Or take out the HDD and install it in an enclosure. Connect it to another Mac and take some data off of it so that you can boot to it when you re-install it.

I wouls also like to know how to download pics off of my ipod 5th generation onto my PC computer through icloud or any other way.It sounds like you are trying to create a new icloud account, not just logging into an existing account. When you type in your Apple ID and get that error, it's because you are trying to create an account using the same ID that is already being used in another account.
Go to Settings>iCloud and scroll to the bottom of the screen. If you are logged in, press the Delete button, then try logging in with the existing ID.
As for pics, the most secure way is to connect ipod to PC with USB and look at the Photos tab for your device in iTunes. Using Photo Stream is another way, but it doesn't always work, depending on conditions. -
