How can I synchronize Photoshop short cuts with a second Mac?

since Photoshop CC 2014 (Version June 2014) Photoshop is supposed to synchronize short cuts via the cloud but it does not and there is no option to do so in the sync preferences. Is this a bug, do I miss something and how can I solve the problem?

Workspaces can be synced in CC 2014.2.2 I was able to upload my settings from my CC 2014 Mac and download them to CC 2014 Windows.
Keyboard Shortcuts and Menus are saved as part of a Workspace, not by themselves.
So you would save it as My Custom Workspace, and check keyboard shortcuts and menus in the save workspace dialog.
You can also use Edit > Presets > Export/Import Presets

You can't always do things the same way as you would on a PC.
Press the key combination command-space to bring up a Spotlight search. Start to type the word "Network." The Network preference pane should appear near the top of the search results.
If you need to change your network settings often, there's probably a better way to do it.

How to handle main vi short cut menu event in subvi

I am making a thin GUI with a subVI to handle all the events including top VI UI events. I can get most of the events working but not with the short cut menu events. What I did was to pass the top VI control reference to a subVI and then registered for dynamic event. The event refnum is then passed on to another subVI next to it with the actual event structure where the top VI control's short cut event was handled. (using two separate subVIs definitely helped clean up the code, and I don't suspect it is the problem as other events worked fine in this structure)
After not able to get it to work, I also tried to register the dynamic event inside the event structure of the 2nd subVI mentioned above, which still not working. Your help is greatly appreciated.

I do have another problem related to handling top VI events in a subVI: as my top VI controls were set as "Latch When Released", they cannot be located inside the event structure anymore, the result is that even though I can have their events correctly handled, those controls will stay pressed and not returning to the latch state as previously when I had the event structure located in the top VI itself.
As I have to many controls, I dont want to change their mechanical action state and just wish to have an easier solution. Thanks.

How do I lock my short-cut settings?

My short cut settings are always being changed.
For example, one minute, sqeezeing the mouse will show exsposé, the next it won't.

You cannot 'lock' that specific setting.
Is the mouse wireless?
If it's wireless try switching the batteries, this will break the connection and putting new batteries in will make a new connection. This has solved serveral mouse problems for me.
If it's wired try taking it out of the USB port and either plugging it back into the same port or into a different port.
Sounds more like a mouse error and not the system.

The install-by-doubleclicking Automator Service (where it becomes a menu pick if you use it often and find that more convenient than a formula in a spreadhseet) is here (Dropbox download). Depending on your settings you may need to go to System Preferences > Privacy & Security and click the 'Open Anyway' button. If you want you can assign it a keyboard shortcut in System Preference > Keyboard > Shortcuts. If you don't like it or find you the formula is just as easy for you, then in Finder hold down the option key, choose Go in the menu and navigate to Library > Services, where you can trash it the way you would any file or package.

You can access ExportPDF from your computer more quickly in three ways:
You can download and install the CreatePDF Desktop Application. More info is here. With this application, you can drag PDF files onto a desktop icon and have those converted to Office files. (If you subscribe to the CreatePDF service, this application will also allow you to create PDF files.)
You can download and install the newest Adobe Reader and access the service using Reader's Tools Pane on right. Then, any time you have PDF open in Reader, you can (with a couple of clicks) convert that PDF to an Office file.
You can drag the webpage icon from your browser to your desktop. This will create a shortcut to the ExportPDF website on your desktop. Here are some instructions for doing that using Internet Explorer or Firefox.
