i have found my license number and have downloaded the file. however during installation it says that the license is invalid. to my knowledge it is only on one computer.

All Windows or all Mac or one of each?
Only Acrobat Cloud version will run on Windows and Mac.
Acrobat standalone and Creative Suite are both operating system specific.

If you registered the software the serial number can be found on your account in the Adobe website. When you download software you purchased you should keep a copy. There is not guarentee that the software will be downloadable later. Your software is available from the prodesignstoos.com website. If you look carefully
