I have installed Firefox 5 over my previous 3.6, and I wish to stop using 5 and install 4 instead. How do I get, download and install Firefox 4 to replace 5?

You won't see much difference in 4.0 and 5.0, version 4 is at end of life (no updates)

When reinstalling Firefox from a download, Firefox must be down once the installation starts. When the installation finishes, don't let the install start firefox for you. Instead end the install and start Firefox in your normal manner, thus preventing creating a new profile which does not have your bookmarks, cookies, etc (but your old profile would still be around and would).

If you check with Delicious they may be able to indicate when they will update their add-on for Firefox 4.
To downgrade to Firefox 3.6.* you can uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data". If you select that option it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
You can then install Firefox 3.6.* available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your current bookmarks, passwords etc.
To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.

When I was using iTunes 11.x I would get very erratic playback with some of my movies and I have posted about it on these forums with no solution. Then recently I experienced a HD catastrophe and had to zero the disk and reinstall the OS from the original CD on my MBP. The OS reinstall put iTunes 10.6.3 back on and my movies run perfectly again. But when I connect my iPad mini iTunes says I need at least version 10.7 in order to be able to sync with the iPad. Software update wants to update all the way to 11.1.0, but I am afraid the erratic playack issue will arise again if I do. hello linda, according to norton the toolbar is already compatible with all firefox versions up to the currently released version. please run the norton liveupdate utility repeatedly & until all components are up-to-date. in addition make sure that the toolbar is enabled under ''firefox > addons > extension'' afterwards.
