How do I install Firefox on a (windows xp) computer that will never have an internet connection?

I need to run a browser on computers in a test lab. (For example, you often use browsers to setup routers.) The network in the test lab is NOT connected to the internet, so downloading a setup file that pulls in additional files from the internet is no good. I need all the files so I can put them on a CD or USB drive for installation.

The installer from mozilla.com does not pull files from the internet during installation. You should be good to download that file to a USB stick.

This installer you don't need to uncompress it first. I have setup a small computer for my daughter to use, running Windows 7 Home Premium. I've enabled Parental Controls through the control panel. So far, I've been unable to install iTunes for her. If I try running the installer as admin, when I try to run iTunes as her, I eventually get a message telling me that itunes64.msi was rejected by the digital signature policy. If I run the installer as her, I get a message saying the system administrator doesn't allow the app to run; I have added the installer to the list of allowed applications. I run Firefox on a server to display graphs for a program. I was able to save, upload and install Firefox version 21 on my server because it used the executable installation program. Versions 22 and 23 use a stub program that goes to the internet and installs the program. My server does not have an internet connection, so the stub program does not work. Can I get a copy of the executable program that installs the program without having an internet connection?

I have two complete studios, two locations, two Mac minis. The first has full internet bandwidth and I've installed Logic Pro X with all the additional content. The second is in a rural location where I have very limited, very slow and very expensive internet. How can I install Logic Pro X without downloading all the additional content? Can the content files be copied to a drive and then to the second computer?

I'd take the second Mac to a place with a better connection. That's probably your best bet.
You could try to copy the files in:
Macintosh HD/Library/Application Support/Logic
Not sure what the result would be. Maybe copy the files first, then install? I think either way LPX has to do this. Another way possibly, install it, then when it requires the content download, close it, copy the files over, then re-open?
