My Photoshop Elements 9 stopped working a couple of weeks ago. When I clicked the PSE button nothing happened. I tried this several times over a few days and it still failed. I uninstalled the program and re-installed it. It worked well. Then I tried to install the Update 9.0.3. The download was almost successful. When it was about to show 100% successful for the download, an error message said the installation had failed and that I should try later. I tried this many times over a few days and the same result occurred. I tried troubleshooting and the answers to questions, but I could not find an answer. I don't know where to go to see if anybody has answered my question. How can I install Update 9.0.3?

I am operating Mac OSX. I have flash player version 16.0.0. I can't play any videos because my flash player is out of date. I download the latest flash player and when I go to install it, it takes me here www.adobe.com. There is no "Install flash player" prompt like there used to be. If the browser is opening when you attempt to mount the DMG image, then somehow, the browser has been set as the default program to open DMG files. You'll need to change this association for the DiskImageMounter.app file to be the default program to open the DMG file. Please do the following:
Select the installer DMG file and CTRL-click on the DMG file.If DiskImageMounter.app is available, select that and skip to step 4 below
From the menu, select Open With > and then select Other...to open Finder
In Finder, navigate to /System/Library/CoreServices, look for DiskImageMounter.app and select it
At the bottom center of the Finder window, put a check in the box next to Always Open With
Click Open in the bottom right of the Finder window
This will mount the DMG file revealing the installer app.
Double-click the installer app (Install Adobe Flash Player.app) to launch the installer dialog window.

For Internet Explorer, you don't. Microsoft has already done it.
For Firefox, Opera or Safari, use the Flash Player Plug-in (All other browsers)

The support looks to be an emulator rather than a JVM per say. But then again I could be wrong on that. I too had poked around looking for a JVM, CrEme, J9, etc..
I do have a commercial app installed on the Treo that uses IBM's J9, which is seems requires a contact with a sales person to get ahold of. I had hoped to find something that might clue me in on how to "hook up" my own J2ME app with the J9 installed by the commercial package. But I've pretty much decided to get a real J2ME handset rather than continue to waste my time hacking up something with WM. Now the question is which one makes a good reference platform?

Before you run the installer, make sure Internet Explorer is closed.
