How do I install ML with no internet connection

Here's my situation:
1. I work in government on a stand-alone Mac Pro. No internet connection.
2. I access the internet through a different computer (PC), which I'm not allowed to install software on.
Q. How do I install ML on my stand-alone Mac Pro?
What I used to do before all this cloud nonsense.
1. Purhase the OS through Apple.com with a credit card
2. Transfer the file to my stand alone
3. Install
From what I've gathered, my only option is to go to an Apple Store and purchase a copy there and they can put it on a USB for me? Is that seriously my only option?
Apple is quickly going to lose our business if this is what it takes to simply update an OS.

Chris, you didn't ask for this, but this is how you create a flash drive version of ML:
Download the Installer, but do not install. Note the installer is in the Applications folder and you will use it to build the installation on the Flash Drive.
You should have formatted the flash drive (8 GB if that is what you are using) Mac HFS Extended (Journaled) already.
1. In Disk Utility click the Restore tab near the top right.
2. Drag the volume for your external drive from the sidebar into the Destination field.
3. Switch to the Finder and find the installer app in the Applications folder
4. Control-click or right-click the installer app and choose Show Package Contents
5. Inside the package choose Contents/Shared Support
6 Select the file InstallESD.dmg and drag it into the Source field in the Disk Utility window.
7. Click Restore button near the bottom right of the window
8. In the confirmation dialog, click Erase
9. Authenticate as Local Admin - give password
10. Could take half an hour for this part
11. When complete, quit Disk Utility
12 Change the new disk or flash drive name with Finder to something descriptive like Mac Os X Install ESD
You can then use that Flash Drive Installer on multiple machines.

Ned, thanks for responding. Internet access is not the problem, I will have a tower computer connected to Comcast.
Isolating the laptop from the internet is the issue.

How do I maintain license on systems with no internet connection?

I will be installing CS6 on PCs with initial internet connection, but they will be moved into a space without any internet.
How do I keep the CS6 working without the connection?
Is there a license file I can download then apply to the systems without the connectivity?

Have tried: download but do not install iTunes, then turn off virus protection and firewall, restart computer, login as admin, then run the iTunes insallation. After it installs, restart virus protection and firewall and logout and back in as standard user.
Windows leaves installers running or still resident which conflict with the iTunes installer.

I recently purchased master collection 5 DVD version. On DVD box I have three serial numbers: Master collection, Ppro/AE CS4 32 Bit and Color Finesse. I used Master collection serial to activate my product. I am having 64 bit os, so I did not use Ppro/AE CS4 32 Bit serial. My question is about Color Finesse Serial. I searched about it and found it as an Plug-in for Premiere Pro or After Affect. Now where can I download Color Finesse and how I can install them with Premier Pro or After Affect?

This serial is only required for the CS4 version. The CS5 version does not require an extra serial. Both versions are installed automatically with the main programs. Nothing more to do.

Lots of people are having the same problem, you're not the only one, belieeeeve me.
Just Googling the problem gets you tons of people complaining about the same thing, SOMETHING is up with Lion what wasn't happening with Snow Leopard. i just bought a new Imac and it CAME with Lion, so i started experiencing this internet dropout immediately.
It's been going on for the most of a year it looks like (at least by the dates from the threads i've been reading)
So your best bet is to fiddle with the System Preferences and read what other people have used to make theirs work. i'm doing that myself right now. I already posted a similar thread last night trying to figure out why my connection kept on dropping, i got a reply which linked me to a site. i followed the instructions there, so far so good, but i'm just being cautiously optimistic.
i'm gonna call Apple today and see if they've found anything, though seeing as this is a problem right out of the box there may not be an immediate solution. Good luck hunting for a solution :3

So I have just signed up with CC as I am wanting to get Photoshop and lightroom
So I have a computer with no internet access, and so I would like to download the CC versions of the software on my work computer.
Once downloaded, I will install the software on the computer with no internet connection, then utilise my mobile phone to teither the computer to the internet to register the products.
So my question is how do this?
Downloading the software using the manager on my phones internet is not an option. (with 300mb per month quota on the phones not an option)
I am wanting the CC features of photoshop not CS6 so registering the cs6 version is not an option.
Also when updates come out for CC where can download those.
(we have had a change of govt so I might get 24mb/s internet in 2019)

Welcome to the Community!
You can certainly download the files on a different machine and install on a computer without internet however you should connect to internet once in a month so that we can charge your credit card.
The option to connect to internet with phone will work however updates needs to be downloaded via internet as the size might be in GB's.
To download the executable files, visit this page http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-direct-download-links.html. Remeber to follow the Very Important instructions or else the download will not start.
