Adobe applications cannot be used on the tablets devices, they does not meet the system requirement.
The application are designed and tested to run proficiently on Desktop/Laptop machines not for tablet.
The only applications available for mobile devices are Photoshop Touch and Ideas.

Acrobat 8 Standard is not tested with Windows Surface Pro, but if you ave the installer and serial number for it then you can install it.
I am afraid that touch feature may work as expected with Acrobat 8.

How do I install Tekton MM in CS5 running on Windows 7 (32-bit)?

I called up a file done in an earlier version of InDesign (probably CS4) on my previous computer running Windows XP, and on the new computer it indicated that Tekton MM regular was missing. I had the Tekton MM files on my old computer in a PSFonts folder. I copied the pfb files to the Fonts folder in InDesign CS5, and found that Tekton MM reguar was available. In InDesign, the other variations (bold, etc) had names such as 240 RG 250 CN, although the adjacent samples look fine. I suspect this may have something to do with the associated pf files (.pfm, afm, fontinfo) but do not know how to sort this out. Any suggestions?
(I did look at the pfm files, and Windows offered to install, but it looked as if it would install only one variant.)

If you have already purchased the iOS versions of these applications, they will appear in your "Purchases" list in the app store. Register your iPad with the same Apple ID as was used for the purchase, and you will be able to download and install it on the iPad (and on any other iOS device registered under the same Apple ID).

Tip for future reference: when buying software, always keep your serial numbers safe and handy. Don't rely on websites, the Cloud or anyone else to retrieve them for you when you need them most. They are the single most important thing you get when you buy software and they are unique to you personally.
You can download software installers from the web any time but, without your unique serial number, you'll be stuck with using the software in trial mode.

Audiobooks are a one-time only download from the store, so you will need to sync them from your Mac's iTunes library - if they aren't all on there but are still on your old iPad, then connect the old iPad to your Mac's iTunes and do File > Devices > Transfer Purchases to copy them over to your Mac so that you can then sync them.
