How do I install the ScriptListener plugin for PS CC 2014 on Mac?

photoshop I've downloaded the Mac version of the plugin ScriptListener but the instructions provided are for Windows only. I copied the plugin to the Plug-ins folder and restarted Photoshop but the plugin doesn't show up under Extensions. I have tried rebooting but it's still not showing up. Is it compatible with CC 2014?

Mac
Unzip Scripting Plug-In Release.dmg.
After you unzip the package, you will see three folders: Documents, Sample Scripts and Utilities. Drag the Utilities folders to the Applications\Adobe Photoshop CS6\Plug-ins\ or the  Applications\Adobe Photoshop CC\Plug-ins\ folder.
After restarting Photoshop, the plug-in begins recording your activity. To view the result, find on your Desktop the "ScriptingListenerJS.log" file and open it with any text processor.
Please, note that the only way to stop recording is to uninstall the "ScriptListener" plug-in.

  • How can I install the PnH plugin for firefox?

    Hi, I'm actually trying to install the ca certificates for burp suite. There is another method outlined in the instructions but that involves going into the advanced options which... is not on newer versions of the browser?

    The standard build of Firefox for Linux definitely has an Advanced panel in the Preferences dialog, here:
    "3-bar" menu button (or Edit menu) > Preferences > Advanced > Certificates mini-tab
    But... some builds may be different.

  • I can't install the Flash plugin for Firefox

    I can't install the Flash plugin for Firefox (Firefox version 1.5.0). I've tried to install the latest version 9.0.16.0 from the Adobe Download Centre. There are no error messages or warnings during the installation.
    The Flash plugin for IE is working fine.
    I've tried everything, uninstall the pre-installed version (7), re-install FireFox, uninstall all plugins, download and install everything over and over..... still the same problem.

    Hi Stephan,
    Thans for your reaction and suggestion.
    I've cleaned up the register, deleted all the macromedia and flash keys.
    Restarted, installed Flash plugin again, IE is working fine (again) but Firefox (and Opera!) only showing the message "Flash plugin needed" when I try to display a site with Flash content.
    I have the same combination working on several desktops, does it have anything to do with te pre-installed software from Toshiba?
    I have two Toshiba Sattelite's P100 with both exactly the same problems! Flash on IE working, Opera an Firefox NOT.

  • How do i install the apple tv icon to my late 2010 mac air?

    how do i install the apple tv icon to my late 2010 mac air?   im unable to use my laptop to view videos or others on my apple tv

    If you are referring to AirPlay Mirroring, it requires OS X Mountain Lion or Mavericks and a Mid 2011 or newer MacBook Air, so you cannot use it and you will not see the AirPlay icon. See > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5404
    Instead, you can use an application like AirParrot to mirror your Mac's display onto your Apple TV, so you can watch videos and show your Mac on the Apple TV

  • Fedora 13: After upgrading from FF3.6 to FF6.0.2 I no longer have a Java plugin. How do I configure the Java Plugin for FF 6 ? There is no Java Plugin at the site

    I am Fedora 13x64 bit. I just installed FF v6.0.2 from the FF download site. I backed up the existing FF 3.6 as firefox_old
    I need to have a Java plugin to access company site, how do I configure the Java Plugin ?
    At the Plugin area in FF6 there is no Java Plugin available, even after a search.
    I have Java 1.6.0 installed in the OS at:
    /usr/lib/jvm/java-1.6.0/jre/lib/amd64/libnpjp2.so
    I googled how to configure Java Plugin for FF 6 for Fedora 13 and the trick was to create a soft link from /home/<userID>/.mozilla/plugins to the above libnpjp2.so

  • How do I install the firmware update for LinkSys E900 router?

    Hi,
    I'm using Mac 10.7.5 and a few months back had purchased the E900 wireless router.  It has firmware 1.0.03 installed and I noticed there is a 1.0.04 update.  I downloaded the update, which is a .bin file, but I do not have a CD burner nor access to a Windows machine.  How can I install the firmware update?
    Thanks, - Dave
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

    Simple, with your wired computer (never wireless) just access the GUI in the router and perform the firmware update.  Just point to the .bin file and away you go.  Make sure to hard reset the router and reconfigure it after you are done.

    Not on a G5 because a G5 is a PPC machine and won't run anything past Leopard.

  • How can we install the Java Plugin from the html page

    Hi,
    I am using java plugin 1.3.1_02 for my applet pages.
    How can I install that plugin in the client machine without installing manually.
    I used,
    <OBJECT classid="clsid:8AD9C840-044E-11D1-B3E9-00805F499D93"
    width="600" height="400" align="middle"
         codebase="http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/1.3/jinstall-13-win32.cab#Version=1,3,1,2">
    <PARAM NAME="code" VALUE="SignedAppletDemo.class">
    <PARAM NAME="archive" VALUE="SSignedApplet.jar">
    <PARAM NAME="type" VALUE="application/x-java-applet;version=1.3">
    </OBJECT>
    But it is downloading java plugin 1.3.1_03.
    Can anybody help me
    Thanks & Regards
    Raja

    Using object tags is the correct way and only way to download the plugin and let the client decide whether he can download it r not. There is no way to install automatically
    I dont think there is a way to install automatically without a user intervention coz, it can open the floodgates for potential hackers.
    Can u cite an example about which programs can be installed automatically and why do u want the plugin to be installed automatically?
    ciao

  • How do I install the plug-in for Solaris??

    Where are the steps documented to use the 1.4 plug-in
    with Netscape 4.x on Solaris?
    I was expecting a big README when I unpacked the
    product.
    I thought maybe all I had to do was set
    NPX_PLUGIN_PATH=/disk2/j2re1.4/plugin/sparc/ns4
    but it still uses the older built-in plug-in.
    This is Solaris 2.8, Netscape 4.79, Java plug-in 1.4

    I tried to do the same thing on Linux (RedHat 7.1),
    and it turned out quite tricky. The instructions at
    http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4/jre/install-solaris.html#plugin
    obviously ain't telling the whole thing!
    (1)
    I thought maybe all I had to do was set
    NPX_PLUGIN_PATH=/disk2/j2re1.4/plugin/sparc/ns4
    but it still uses the older built-in plug-in.(2)
    The second thing is to tell the browser to enable Java
    Plug-In. In the Netscape's "Preferences | Advanced" menu there is a checkbox "Enable Java Plugin" right
    under the checkbox "Enable Java". So, try to check
    that "Enable Java Plugin" checkbox.
    ... What? You can't check the box because it is greyed out? Ah, that's right: Netscape Navigator and Sun Java Plug-In
    have somewhat different ideas about what MIME types
    signify the applet's being able to handle applets.
    Click on "Help|Plugins", or go to the URL
    about:plugins. It should show that "Java(TM) Plug-in 1.4.0-b92" (or whatever version you have) is now
    responsible for handling a whole bunch of types,
    but the list of types probably does not include
    "application/x-java-vm". Presumably, it is this
    type that the plugin must declare to be able
    to handle in order for Netscape to recognize the
    plugin as a proper Java plug-in. What can you do
    about it? On Usenet (
    http://groups.google.com/groups?q="enable+java+plugin"&hl=en&lr=&selm=wyofzvfrc1.fsf%40leo.tools.intra&rnum=3
    ) people have suggested pacthing
    $JAVA_HOME/jre/plugin/ns4/javaplugin140.so so that
    it would declare the ability to handle that missing
    type. This is how I did it:
    mv ns4 ns4.orig
    mkdir ns4
    cd ns4
    perl -p -e 's/x-java-bean;version=1.1.1::/x-java-vm::Applet Support, /g' ../ns4.orig/javaplugin140.so > javaplugin140.so
    (3) This indeed made my browser understand that the
    plugin is a genuine Java plugin, and I can now
    check the "Use Java Plugin" checkbox. Unfortunately,
    when I actually try to use it on an applet,
    the plugin never gets to work.
    One problem was that the plug-in could not find the
    java_vm program; I took care of that somehow. Then,
    java_vm could not find libjvm.so, then libjava.so.
    I fixed that by setting
    LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/i386:$JAVA_HOME/jre/lib/i386/client
    (4)
    After that, java_vm started complaining about something
    yet different; now it "Could not find Java VM symbols".
    I gave up, and called that a day.
    I wish Sun posted some "real-life" installation instructions indeed.

  • How do I install the jdbc driver for sql server 2005, in sql developer 4.0 ?

    Hallo together
    I need access to tables in a MS SQL Server 2005 database.
    One possibility is the JDBC driver.
    How do i install this driver ?
    Thank you very much for your postings.

    Hi,
      This is from the documentation -
    Database: Third Party JDBC Drivers
    The Third Party JDBC Drivers pane specifies drivers to be used for connections to third-party (non-Oracle) databases, such as IBM DB2, MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or Sybase Adaptive Server. (You do not need to add a driver for connections to Microsoft Access databases.) To add a driver, click Add Entry and select the path for the driver:
    For Microsoft SQL Server or Sybase Adaptive Server: jtds-1.2.jar, which is included in the jtds-1.2-dist.zip download
    To find a specific third-party JDBC driver, see the appropriate website (for example, http://www.mysql.com for the MySQL Connector/J JDBC driver for MySQL, http://jtds.sourceforge.net/ for the jTDS driver for Microsoft SQL Server and Sybase Adaptive Server, or search at http://www.teradata.com/ for the JDBC driver for Teradata). For MySQL, use the MySQL 5.0 driver, not 5.1 or later, with SQL Developer release 1.5.
    You must specify a third-party JDBC driver or install a driver using the Check for Updates feature before you can create a database connection to a third-party database of that associated type. (See the tabs for creating connections to third-party databases in the Create/Edit/Select Database Connection dialog box.)
    Alternative:
    As an alternative to using this preference, you can click Help, then Check for Updates to install the JTDS JDBC Driver for Microsoft SQL Server and the MySQL JDBE Driver as extensions.
    Regards,
    Mike
