How do I install what I just purchased when it keeps taking me to an error page whenever I hit download?
Hey everyone, I just downloaded photoshop elements yesterday, and I can't get it to download. An error page comes up every time I click on download. Also, the billing section says that my order is still processing and can take up to 24 hours...it's been longer than that. I NEED to start editing my pictures. Thanks.
Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

Did you downloaded and installed Photoshop and Illustrator CS6 through Creative Cloud.
After uninstalled them, Creative Cloud saying applications are "Up to Date" when not installed.
If this is the case then please perform the steps given in the help document.

You can view the purchase history on your account via the Store > View Account menu option on your computer's iTunes, though I'm not sure if that shows auto-renewing subscriptions (I haven't got any so I can't check).

I am trying to determine exactly what URL information the developers need to build for the launch to the specific IBM System i screen. Is anyone launching RoboHelp from a backend ERP system? If so, how did you determine what level to use when building the URL for that page? Thanks for any assistance you can provide.It depends on whether you just want to open the help at the default topic or open context sensitive topics.

Is the upgrade Academic also? You can't upgrade an Academic version to a regular version.

just purchased blue ray movie from store with a redemption code but will not download with out inserting disc I have a macbook air
I am experiencing the same thing. I have many books that I used to read on my iPad.
Now on iBooks in Mavericks all my books downloaded correctly apart from two which I really want to work (The Lean Startup and Communicating The User Experience).
When I download both using the cloud icon just when it reaches 100% I get this message:
[Insert Book Name] failed to download
To try again, select Check for Available Downloads from the Store menu.
When I check for available downloads it says I have already downloaded all my books.
Anyone know how to fix this.
I do realise that this is only v1 of iBooks so I hope Apple sorts it out soon.

Usually it's because you are not making internet connection via wifi.

Additional things to try.
Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
