How do I keep a meeting open on Adobe Connect continuously?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to keep a meeting open continuously on Adobe Connect? So that anyone could enter the meeting at anytime. Please help.

If you have the Named Organizer license, then the member of the Meeting Host group must be in the room and active. Active meaning that that user is focused on the room and the mouse is moving. I recall that Connect will close a room without activity for ~6-8 hours.
If you have the Concurrent User license, then anyone can come and go from a Meeting as needed.
The Named Organizer licensing is a license for an individual to run a meeting, where the Concurrent User license is a license for individuals to be in meetings.

I note from your system details that you have the plugin for adobe pdf s so I would have expected the files should open in firefox '''without''' you needing to explicitly download them.
Once the files are open in firefox, you will also get the option to save them permanently to a location on your computer. If you wish I suppose you could set the file type pdf to be associated with and be opened by firefox instead of with the Adobe Acrobat Reader, but that would just seem to be an additional complexity.

Does Adobe Connect still let customers open support cases? I know they still use a support case system, since one was opened for me a couple of months ago, but IIRC, they opened it on their side. Maybe customers can no longer directly submit cases. In any event, the broken link obviously should be fixed -- either corrected to point to a valid support case entry page, or deleted if customers are no longer allowed to open cases.

I would recommend bringing this up with Adobe Support, as it will get a more useful response than on the user forums here.

I have gone through the preferences again and again, and I can't find a way to keep iTunes from opening whenever I insert a CD. iTunes is not my preferred player/encoder, and I don't want it to open unless I tell it to.

When you first insert a CD your Mac comes up with a box saying
"You have inserted a CD" (duuh, Apple...)
Then you choose from a pop-up menu that offers "Open in Finder", "Open in iTunes", etc
At some point you (or someone) has chosen "Open in iTunes" then checked the little box that says "Make this the default from now on".
If you go into System Prefs (as already mentioned) you have a choice to reset what you want to do with a blank CD.

I know the alternative is to print out the form and then fill it out but my preference is to do this online, if possible.
