How do I keep icons from moving around when I close the finder window and reopen?

Question

I am working in one finder window, and every time I arrange the icons the way I want them, they decide to shift around on their own when I open the window again.  How can I set the icons where I want and then keep them that way?

Hi,
This may happen if the PDF is opened inside the browser by the PDF plugin.
In '''Tools''' ( or '''Alt''' + '''T''') > '''Options''' > '''Applications''' look for or type PDF in the search box and for the '''Action''' on the right change it to '''Save File''' or click '''Use other...''' and browse to the PDF main exe and select.
