How do I keep Safari 6.0 from asking to save my password?

Hi All,
With every new site I go to and enter a password, Safari 6.0 asks if I want to save it. It seems like you could turn this feature off in older versions. Can you turn it off with version 6.0? I never want it to ask me to save a password.

Nevermind. Found it. The preference is under "AutoFill." For some strange reason I thought the saving passwords feature would be under "Passwords" or "Security". What was I thinking? :-0.

We know we could just tell all our Safari users to disable in preferences with a pop-up banner, but that would be unfortunate (and IE-like)

Yes. Follow these steps, starting on any one of your iOS devices or Macs that is using iCloud Keychain:
Devices using iOS 7.0.3 or later:
Go to Settings > iCloud > Account > Keychain and turn off “Approve with Security Code”.
Go to each of your other devices that is using iCloud Keychain and turn iCloud Keychain off.
Macs using OS X Mavericks v10.9 or later:
Choose Apple () menu > System Preferences. Click iCloud, then click Account details.
Deselect “Allow approving using security code”.
Go to each of your other devices that is using iCloud Keychain and turn iCloud Keychain off.
After you complete these steps, your keychain data will remain locally on your devices, but changes to your keychain information will not push to your other devices or the cloud unless you turn iCloud Keychain back on. If you want keychain data to push to all of your devices, but not to the cloud, turn on iCloud Keychain on each device as described earlier in this document, but skip the step to create an iCloud Security Code.

How can I stop my iphone 5 from asking for Apple ID Password constantly?

I've had this problem ongoing for awhile now and it's starting to drive me nuts.
A few months back I was using an app where you could purchase in-game points which would come through your apple ID. I purchased the points and they never arrived, but it's like my phone is constantly now trying to buy the points over and over. Randomly even when the app is closed I'll be asked for my Apple ID password, even if the app is deleted from my phone. If I enter my password it'll go away for a little while and then try again later. So I figure it is just continually trying to make the purchase and fails each time.
I've contacted the support for the app and they never reply to any support email questions, I've looked around online and similar problems seem to be fixed by people looking at pending downloads sitting in itunes on their PC, but there is nothing pending at all. I've changed my Apple ID password. I've made sure it was synced with my phone, I've cleared it from my phone and re set it up again ... nothing seems to work.I even reset my phone entirely and it continues to ask .. it's like the problem is linked more with my apple ID rather than the phone itself. But I'm out of ideas of how to stop it.
Any suggestions? It's incredibly frustrating!

I did Goggle the issue and there are a number of support articles about this error message on the Internet. It seems to be a problem in your OS but like I said, I am not Windows knowledgeable at all.
You either have to reregister the Windows installer or reinstall it - if I am reading any of this correctly.

First, we have a single Apple ID that we use to log into iTunes and App Store. We also have separate iPads. Recently, my wife purchased an iPhone 4S. During setup, she entered the Apple ID we use. What happened next was that all of my contacts were added to her phone. Then she followed the instructions to import her contacts from her old cell phone. When that was done, all of my contacts were deleted from her phone. Worse, they were deleted from my Address Book on the iMac (my account) and my iPad. Thanks for you reply. When I paint, I bring up the photo as you suggested. I begin painting. After about 10 minutes or so, the photo goes blank. And, I have to start the process over again to get that same photo. It interrupts the painting process. I think it goes blank due to a sleep function. How do I keep my macbook pro from automatically rearranging my folders and PDF files on my desktop? It seems to happen a lot after I've hooked my laptop to my Thunderbolt in my office and then I unhook my laptop to go present at a clients of taking my laptop home to work. Every once in a while if even places all of my folders and PDF files in the far upper left corner of my screen. Thanks for the tip "baltwo", unfortunately my desktop settings were already set to NONE. I've had one of my IT guys here this moring helping me look through all of this and we're at a wall trying to figure out why it's doing this. This morning when I docked to the Thunderbolt all my folders and PDF files are in the upper lefthand corner stacked on top of each other almost out of view. If I go to settings, displays, and swith to mirroring, all the folders and files go right back to where they're set up on my MacBook desktop, but I lose the ability to utilize the entire screen of the Thunderbolt. Very frustrating to say the least and after searching through and reviewing several forums, Apple is very much aware of this issue and seems to be keeping silent on the issue. Hoepfully they'll launch a fix soon!

If, by "shrink" ... you mean by using the AppSizer, the
answer is "not really". You can configure AppSizer to a defined
size, then with the mouse pointer double-arrowed on the "edge" of a
window, right-click and your window-size selections will appear in
the AppSizer "list" (that you set up) and can be selected there.
But there is no re-scaling of the window contents, if that is
what you mean, so the smaller window may now require scrolling.
But keep in mind that if you use the recording option for
"Software Simulation" > "Custom Size", you can then snap the
application window to that size...

The work path will remain positioned relative to the same underlying pixels after a crop. Are you trying to position it relative to one or more image edges after cropping? I don't think you can do that without moving the workpath after the crop.

Besides locking in a safe or giving it to a trusted person, all you can do is use a complex screen-lock passcode to protect your personal information. Someone still can erase the iPod by placing in recovery mode and restoring via iTunes but they will have to enter your ID and password to use the erased iPod

If your meaning is you don't want your child connect to the internet you can forget the wifi connection of his/her iPod and then change the wifi password.

I had a similar problem: I wanted to synch my playlist to my iphone. I like to have my playlist sorted by genre. But under each genre, albums are not sorted by the track numbers. This is a problem, especially when I am listening to club mixes when the DJ smoothly transitions from 1 track sequentially to the next one. Under the properties of each audio file, the Track Numbers and Disc Numbers are already there.
My perfect solution was to turn On Sorting - Sort Album under View>Show View Options. Then, select all the songs in that album (Shift click, Cmd click, etc) , and Edit multiple item information (Cmd I). You will see Info-Video-Sorting-Options buttons. Click on Sorting. Then, under Sort Album, Enter the name of the album. Then OK.
You should now have the playlist sorted by Genre, then each album individually sorted by track numbers. On your playlist you should see, if you scroll right, the column added called "Sort Album".
