How do I limit number of emails shown?

after updating to IOS& my ipads and Iphone 4s show a count of all emails in my POP (Yahoo) account. I am also unable to set the number to download, as was possible with previous IOS versions.

How do you control number of cycles shown on chart? I've selected a sweep chart and I'm not seeing the vertical bar on the chart when the program runs. This is probably because I'm not seeing a full cycle of the periodic signal I'm trying to display. I need to set the chart to display multiple cycles. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Right click the chart and set the desired number of points in the history buffer (right-click...chart history lenght...). Then set the x-axis not to autoscale and to cover your full history range.

How can I set the default number of rows shown on an interactive report?
The default seems to be 15, I can't find where this can be changed.

When you're logged into the development interface, run the page with the IR. Set the rows from 15 to 5 (for example) and click "GO". Now click on the Actions Menu icon (the green gear), click "Save Report". "Save as: As default report settings". Click Apply and your rows will be set.

Hi Linda,
Email statistics are a tricky thing. Before attempting to collate statistics for any kind of reporting you need to strictly define what you wish to collect and how to define an 'email'.
For example, if a single email is destined for 10 addresses, is this 1 email or 10. From a virus-scanning point-of-view it's one email, but from a storage perspective it can be 10 (single message store makes this even more complex) and from a delivery-to-external host it can be 5 (assuming 5 distinct email domains).
For email activity, you can separate this into a few categories (this will also depend on your email infrastructure):
a. Inbound external email (tcp_local enqueue)
b. Inbound internal/external email from internal staff (tcp_submit/tcp_auth enqueue)
c. Inbound internal email (tcp_intranet enqueue)
d. Outbound external email (tcp_local dequeue)
e. Local account delivered email (ims-ms dequeue)
f. Local host delivered email (tcp_intranet dequeue)
These statistics are all currently available in the imslog.pl output.
Hopefully I haven't caused more confusion. I find though for reporting it is best to have these definitions clear from the beginning, especially if you are looking for trends over-time.

Trying to limit number of emails showing but when I go to "mail, contacts, calendars", "show" doesn't appear as an option. What now?

How do I limit number of characters in a JTextField?(different from others)

I know this question has been posted several times on this forum, but my question is actually a different one. So please read.
I have the following code that puts two JTextFields in a JFrame. I want to limit the number of characters in the first JTextField to three characters. What's different about my question from other solutions provided, is that I don't want to be able to type more than three characters in the JTextField, and then not be able to get out of JTextField unless I have three or less characters. What I do want, is to have maximum of three characters, not be able to type the fourth, and have access to the other JTextField at all times.
I have tried the following solution of setting an InputVerifier to my JTextField, but it hasn't worked, since I can still type the fourth character.

However, I'm not happy with the fact that I see empty spaces in my JFormattedTextField when I don't have anything entered in it, or when my textfield has focus and I click it again. Also, I'd like the text alignment to always stay on the right, even if I have less than 3 digits.

TS3899 Large number of emails shown as unread in ios 7

When I upgraded my iPad to ios 7, it showed nearly 11,000 emails as being unread despite all dowloaded ones being read. Has anyone else had this porblem and found a solution?

Hi, I'm going from iOS 6.1 to my new 5s iOS 7 and I wanted to know if there was a way to limit the number of emails shown for each of my accounts? In iOS 6 there is a setting "show" where you can choose how many you would like to be loaded at a time from 50-1,000 , is there a setting similar to this and I am just not seeing it? Please help me asap. I have only logged in 3 of my 12 email accounts and already have over 13k emails loaded...

You can't limit it to the last 50 messages, but you can limit it to the last 1000 messages in each "folder" (label).
Go to the Gmail website and click on the gear icon to the top-right side.
Click on Settings.
Click on the "Forwarding and IMAP/POP" tab across the top of the Settings area.
Towards the bottom of the IMAP section, change the "Folder Size Limit" setting to "Limit IMAP folders to contain no more than this many messages". By default 1000 is selected, though you can also choose 2000, 5000, or 10000.
Click Save Changes at the bottom.

Set Number of emails

I have a 5S phone with the most current 7.1.1 update and I want to know if and how to set the number of emails to display for an account?

I was able to find out how to get the number of emails to increase. It is done in Settings email, contact, calendarrs, find our email address in question. There is an item Mail Days to Synch - there are several options available. Sertting to No Limit, shows all emails in that mailbox. Using other settings allows to limit the number of emails that display.
