How do I link two icloud emails to one?
I have my old email linked to my phone and my new email linked to iPad...Can you tell me how to merge them to one email and one icloud??
I assume by "email" you mean ID (which looks like an email address). You can merge the data from one account with the other by signing into the account you want to abandon, then migrate the data from that account and merge it with the other. To do this, sign into the account you are leaving, then save any photo stream photos you wish to keep to your camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then tapping Save to Camera Roll. If you are syncing notes with account, you'll need to open each one and email them to yourself so you can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in the other account account as these cannot be migrated. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, choose Keep on My iDevice and provide the password when prompted (if running iOS 7). Then sign into the other account and choose Merge to upload the data from the old account and merge it with the new one.
You will be leaving the old iCloud email account behind as you can only have a single iCloud email account with each iCloud account.

But the question they are asking is the same one I am asking. Isn't this a typical situation, having multiple mics for one camera? For example, if someone filmed a concert with one camera but used both the camera audio, and ambient mic, and a mix from the board, then that would be 3 audio tracks with 1 video track. I'm in a similar situation, and I'm finding it hard to believe that FCPX isn't equipped to edit this way. There must be some way to get one video clip (with reference audio) to sync with four audio tracks. -

i have been using the cloud without problems on my phone and new imac. i just purchased a new iphone for my wife and set up a new i cloud account so her phone doesn't have to get my work calendar and contacts. How can i use both icloud accounts on the same computer so we can both have our photos on the mac?

That's definitely not supposed to happen. You shouldn't have someone else's iCloud email linked to your ID.
You'll have to get iCloud support to sort this one out. The only way to contact them is to start here: http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/. You'll have to provide your iPhone serial number. Unless it's within the 90 day free support window, or you purchased AppleCare, there will be a charge. I suppose you can plead your case when they answer that you shouldn't be charged as you didn't set up this address and it shouldn't have happened with your ID. -

You cannot change your iCloud email address. It is an @me.com address, and is associated specifically with that iCloud account. If you want a different @me address assigned, you have to delete the current iCloud account and set up a new one.

How do I delete my iCloud email account? I do not want it. Apple now is forcing its use where before it was using my Windows Mail. for example, I have iCloud installed on my Windows 8 PC. I am sharing Contacts with my iPads and iPhones. I use to be able to to open Contacts on my PC and click on an email address and the Windows Live Mail program using my primary email account would open to compose and send a message to the Contact's address. Now when I click on an email address iCloud Mail opens. So, I want to delete the iCloud mail account since I will not be using it and hopefully Contacts will again default to my real mail.

I told you that you cannot delete an iCloud email account in my second reply, immediately after you clarified that you were referring to iCloud.com, not the Windows Live Mail application you actually mentioned in your first post. I also provided a link to instructions showing you how to restore the connection between Windows Contacts and Windows Live Mail.
I cannot help but note that it is absolutely absurd to not allow the deletion of an email account in an ISP or Cloud environment.

She can't. She needs to setup her own AppleID and then create an iCloud account using that.
You can still continue to share your existing AppleID for iTunes and App Store purchases. -

JoanTo change the iCloud ID you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password for the old ID when prompted to turn off Find My iDevice, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use. When you do this you may find that the password for your old ID isn't accepted. If this should happen, and if your old ID is an earlier version of your current ID, you need to temporarily recreate your old ID by going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iDevice on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. When finished go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

Also, I am having to deal with a good portion of daily tasteless spam content at the original @me.com address. Then that is all you can do.

If all you want is an additional email address you can create up to three 'email aliases' - these are additional addresses (not accounts) which deliver into the same inbox as the main account.
You should be aware before you start that once you've created an alias you cannot turn that address into a full iCloud account, move it to another account, or reactivate it if you delete it.

If you want to keep her email separate from yours she will need to create a new Apple ID, and use it to create a new iCloud account either on a separate computer or on a separate User Account on your Mac. -

please help :-(That's Activation Lock. You will need to remember the Apple ID and password you used to set up the phone.
If you can't remember them, you can go to iforgot.apple.com to try to recover the information.
If you are the original owner of the phone & have proof of purchase, you can try calling Apple to see if they can assist also.
