    You would use CC for Teams, but install it via deployment tools. Still, you're gonne need Adobe IDs for every memaber of the team. There's no way around that part, even if you manage them yourself.

    I have just got a new desk top and I am trying to work out how to get The creative Cloud programs I use (light Room and Photo Shop) off my old Desk top and onto the new desktop. Does any one know how to do this or have already done it, or do you have to cancel the subscription on the old PC and start a new subscription for the new PC.

    You do not need to cancel the subscription. You can simply follow the article: Creative Cloud Help | Download, install, update, or uninstall apps which will help you to install the Adobe CC application on your new PC.
    If possible you can also deactivate the license from your previous computer using the article: Activation & Deactivation Help.

  • Photoshop cc14 and lightroom installed and working, but when starting creative cloud program it says: No program installed, mand only shows old programs like PS6 to install

    Hello there!
    When I start the creative cloud, I get the information that no programs are installed and I can download PS6. But I have installed the latest versions of photoshop and lightroom working properly.
    My System is a windows 7 64Bit PC.
    I had to deinstall the creative cloud program because it didn´t react some days ago. Then I installed it again and now I have this wron behaviour.
    Does anybody know how to adapt the creative cloud program correctly?

    Make sure that you had not changed the language on Creative Cloud desktop
    Also try to perform below steps
    On Creative Cloud desktop top Right side click on  Gear icon and Quit Creative Cloud App
    Then Right click on Creative Cloud desktop shortcut and choose properties.
    Then Click on compatibility tab
    Under compatibility mode ""Make sure "Run this program in  compatibility  mode for " box is unchecked.
    If it is checked, uncheck it and click on Apply, Ok. Then launch Creative Cloud App and try.

    I purchased CS6 in April, after canceling my subscription to creative cloud. And now a pop-up comes up when I try to get into my CS6 applications, telling me that I need to renew my creative cloud membership. So I am not able to open the CS6 files anymore. I've been told by somebody at Adobe that I need to delete the creative cloud applications and files from my computer to stop the pop-ups, however, I thought I had done this and now I can't find the creative cloud files anywhere on my computer. Am I missing something? I just spent a ton of money on CS6 and now creative cloud is preventing me from using it.

    After calling and recalling 6 different people at Adobe, I finally found a solution. It's too complicated to explain on here but what you should do is call Adobe and tell them that a pop-up keeps coming up saying you need to renew your subscription and that you need to figure out how to delete the creative cloud programs from your computer. They will have you go to utilities on your computer and uninstall creative cloud programs and then go from there. You have had yours a lot longer though so I don't know if you still have the serial number. I still had mine so when i re-downloaded the program i entered the serial number I had and it worked. The issue is that the creative cloud programs that I had once had on my computer weren't properly uninstalled and deleted so it was blocking my ability to use creative suite. I hope this helps a little. Definitely don't give up calling adobe because eventually you'll reach someone who knows how to solve it. This forum just is not supportive enough for this type of issue in my opinion. it's much better to have someone on the phone talking you through it.

    Yes. Control Panel for Windows.
    On the Mac under Applications look in the Utiilities folder and you will see an Adobe Installers folder. Inside there you will see links like 'Uninstall Adobe InDesign CS6'.

    You can load creative cloud on two computers, as long as you only use it on one at a time.
    Download and install as you did on the first computer:
    Sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe website using your Adobe ID, download the Cloud desktop app then download the software.

    One day, little Creative Cloud said it had an update to be installed on itself. Possibly taking it from version 1.7 to 2.0 or something. I clicked on update. Creative Cloud started downloading and once it was done it said update complete. I clicked on finish or something. Once that happened, it disappeared completely. Gone from taskbar, Window closed and shortcut gone ! I looked into the Creative Cloud folder, in the Adobe folder and there were two folders : Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe Creative Cloud_2.7.0.413. I then went into the Adobe Creative Cloud folder and double opened the application therein. It opened the Creative Cloud desktop app BUT showed it had an update just as before for itself. I AGAIN clicked on update, and then it said "Error 50" , unable to update. I searched around and somewhere on the forums it said I must download adobe cloud and reinstall it. I did that and ever since that dreadful day, little Creative Cloud desktop app doesn't want to show ALL my installed apps anymore. It simply shows only 2 !
    This is what I have : Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Flash Professional, Media Encoder, Fireworks. What it only shows in Creative Cloud desktop app : Flash Professional, Dreamweaver.
    What I tried doing :
    1.) Re-installing the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app.
    2.) Changing the directory settings for APPS and pointing them to the actual location of the installed apps.
    3.) Deleting or renaming the "opm.db" file.
    4.) YES, I RESTARTED MY PC !!!
    What I want to do :
    1.) Receive a fix that will make ALL my installed apps show.
    2.) Find out what the hell the difference is between the concept of having TWO versions of the same program installed BUT getting updates for BOTH like "Adobe Photoshop CC" and "Adobe Photoshop CC 2014". I installed the Adobe Photoshop CC this year almost 2 months ago for example. Then CC told me there is an app update and that got me Adobe Photoshop CC 2014. Now I have two versions of the above listed programs... Why doesn't CC just UPDATE the Adobe Photoshop CC, rename and list ONLY Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 in the end ?
    What I do not want : RE-DOWNLOAD OR RE-INSTALL ALL MY INSTALLED APPS ! This not only will cost me a lot of internet bandwidth but also a considerable amount of time. There must be a simple fix as all files are in place ! I can launch all apps individually and they are working both the "" versions and the 2014 ones.
    My question : How do I fix Creative Cloud to show ALL my apps that I have installed ?

    Locate the C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE directory and rename it to OOBE_OLD
