How do I load only a few selected so

I've been tring for the longest time to autosync only one or two songs and it always wants to autosync a whole playlist from the pc library or a playlist. I also have one more question about mp3 files that I recieved on a disk. When I double clik on the song that I placed on my playlist I get an X in front of the play now area and it wont play. However, when I down load an mp3 song file from the internet it plays fine. Can anybody help me with this?

I'm using the creative software that came with the Zen touch player. But I also use the windows media player because its easier to put stuff on the Zen. But for some reason when I went to upload the disk using the media player it didn't recognize it as an audio CD but the creative software did and it played fine as long as the disk was it but not after I took it out. Button to load only a few frames within the timeline

I am new to AS3 and was doing a little bit of research before diving in.
I wish I could just create external swfs to load with each button, but the CMS system that I am uploading to won't allow it~
so I HAVE to make the thing into one swf, but the file size is too large.

loading a swf file is an all or none issue. once you start loading a swf, you can't stop it from proceeding to a complete load unless you unload the entire swf.

How Do I Load Only Selected Pictures?

Just got my iPhone -- trying to figure out how to efficiently load selected photos from a large picture library. Same problem with music is solved with a playlist. But with my picture library, I'm having to copy duplicate photos into a special folder. There has to be a better/smarter way. What I need is a "photo playlist". Can someone lend a hand with this?

With Windows, you can only do it just as you are doing--by creating a special folder.

How do I restore only a few photos from iphoto using time machine?

I have about 100 photos that have become corrupt and I need to restore from time machine. When I try to restore the iphoto library, it says it cannot restore because library is too big. How can I get back only the few photos that are corrupt?

Please expain what you mean by 100 photos becoming corrupt? That is extremely unlikely - it is much more likely that you have a corrupted library
Probably rebuilding your iPhoto library is the solution but with no information about what you have or what is going on that is only a wild guess
For iPhoto '11 Back up your iPhoto library, Depress and hold the option (alt) and command keys and launch iPhoto - rebuild your iPhoto library database and see if that resolves things

Could anyone please let me know how to load few columns from a .csv
file into a oracle table using SQL*Loader.
I know how to create a .dat and .ctl file and run the sql loader.
Suppose I have a .csv file with

and I only need to load col1 and col3 into col_a and col_b respectively

Ipod will load only a few songs of my library

I have about 341 songs (1.6GB)in my library. When I try to copy all the songs to my 20GB Ipod only 24 (85MB) will load into the Ipod then I get a windows error message that says "Attempting to copy to disk "Ipod" failed. An unknown error occured". I have run check disk on the Ipod in disk mode and have reformated it and restored it. When I look at the Ipod disk in system manager it says the disk is 'healthy' and almost all of it unused. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for your help. I have run CDcheck on all the songs and it says there are no errors. Also I have set the ipod to manual update and have selceted different groups of songs and no matter which shongs I select the update always fails with a -69 error after 22-24 songs; seems to be realted to size and not number of songs.

Print range section - Lets you specify which pages of the current web page are printed:
* Select '''All''' to print everything.
* Select '''Pages''' and enter the range of pages you want to print. For example, selecting "from 1 to 1" prints the first page only.

How can I put only a few videos/songs on iphone 4 but all on ipod classic?

I understand that I can sync which ever songs I check in itunes to my devices. The problem is I have too many songs to put on my iphone 4. I have all of my songs and videos on my ipod classic (160 gb) and I like it that way. I just want a couple videos and with no music on my iphone. Can itunes differentiate preferences between devices?

Yes, no problem.
First go to Edit > Preferences > Devices, and make sure that "Prevent..." is checked.
Then, connect one device or the other, let it register, click the device name in the left hand pane, and you can select what you want it to sync. When you connect the other device, you can make entirely different selections if you wish.

How do I upload only a few lines of a file from the presentation server?

I'd like to upload the contents of a file on my HD (presentation server) to an internal table. I know this can be achieved by using the GUI_UPLOAD function module. But what if I only want to upload a part of the file, not the whole thing? Like the first 100 bytes or 10 lines or something like that. Some files are just way too big to upload them as a whole. I tried using the OPEN DATASET statement, but that seems to work only for files on the application server. If I try to open 'C: emp est.txt' (for example) with OPEN DATASET, I get an error. Do I have to put the filename differently or am I totally wrong with OPEN DATASET? I'm kinda stuck here and I'd appreciate your help.

thanks for your reply. If I understand you correctly, this means I will have to wait for GUI_UPLOAD to upload the whole file and afterwards filter into another table. I don't want to upload the whole thing because it's that big, I'd like to only upload a portion of it in the first place. Can this be done?

Grant export only on few selected tables?

Regarding export and import there are 2 roles
EXP_FULL_DATABASE
IMP_FULL_DATABASE
If you have these two priviledges, you can do Export or Import any tables under your schema,if you do not have these priviledges you can not do export or import of any tables under your schema.
This is wrong.
Whoever having CREATE SESSION privilege can export/import their schema objects. The EXP_FULL_DATABASE and IMP_FULL_DATABASE privileges required only when you intended to perform export/import of other schema objects.

Replicate only a Few Datasources from Source sys

I wanna know how do we repicate only a few data sources from a different source system for the first time in BW, without having to create all the other datasources which i don't want.

Welcome To SDN,
Before Replicating the data source in BW side, you need to check the Source system in RSA6. whether your desired DS is present there. Please take note of that dependent tree in which that particular DS is present.
Then come to BW side goto RSA1->source system->select R/3 source system and right click ---datasource overview. Here you will the same tree as in source r/3 in rsa6 replicate the node whichever that particular DS you want to be BW side.

From list of IAP's in Aruba Central, how do I select only a few of them for license assignment?

Q: I have hundreds of IAPs in the device management page of Aruba Central. How do I select only a few of the them to assign license?
A: Especially, when there is huge list of IAPs showing up in the device management page of Aruba Central, it becomes difficult and time consuming for an administrator to assign license for each IAP and then move on to the other.
This problem was sensed by the Aruba Central development team before hand and put up a solution in place that would help a user to select multiple IAPs from the list and assign licenses to them at once.
Lets understand on how to do the same:
1. Once you login to Aruba Central, click on "All Groups" and move on to 'Device Management" under Maintenance.
2. In the right-pane, you would be presented with the list of IAPs.
3. Now , click on the "Search tool" and it pulls down the fields to enter the search text.
(NOTE: Make sure you have selected ALL in the above drop down. This helps central to search among all IAPs irrespective of group and license assignment.)
4. Enter the Serial Number or MAC address of the IAP or Switch and hit "Search"
5. Here is where the intelligence of Aruba Central comes to play.
From the search result select the IAPs and Central would remember your selected IAPs, even if you change the search string and initiate an other search.
6. Once you finish searching all IAPs that you want to, you can click "Assign License" button in the lower left-corner and move on assigning the licenses to the selected IAPs

This was a life saver! I even started to manually tick the box as well!

Loaded itunes on a new computer, and synced ipad. Now only those few songs I had on the ipad are in my library. But all of my ipods (3) have my full music library. How do i get all my songs moved back into my library from one of my ipods?

I installed itunes on a new laptop, with Windows 8, and synced my ipad. Now my music library has only those few songs I had synced to the ipad, or roughly a quarter of my original library. My ipods (all three) still have the full library, but everytime I try to sync them, I am asked if I want to delete all of the contents and replace with the (much smaller) itunes library. Of course I don't, but how do I "reverse sync" and replace all the music contents of my library with the contents from one of my ipods?

This will load all the items and refresh the data. The problem is as the number of items and content increases the delay in clicking the option and getting the content visible is significant and cannot be ignored. This is more annoying since the data
is static and once loaded, it never changes. I am thinking of improving the data refresh rate and looking for ways to load only the data for the selected item and not for all the items listed above.
Anyone has any good suggestions?

Thanks for your reply. I am not too sure about ListBox virtualization. Can you please elaborate how it can help me in my scenario? As of now, I am exploring few possible options to achieve what I am looking for:
1. How to restrict LoadData() to load only the selected item? Since this will only load one item performance will be better on selecting the option. Is there any way to limit "this.Items.Add(new
ItemViewModel()" so that once an item is loaded, the flow jumps to
this.IsDataLoaded =
true;
2. Is there any way to create multiple LoadData() instance and connect them using Case/Switch to the available option? This will only initiate the LoadData() for that particular instance of selected item.
2. Take the performance hit once. Since the data is static and do not change later on do we have any option to load data once and prevent it from refreshing later on every time an option is selected? Will this impact any features depending on system (like
theming)?
3. Create multiple pages, one for each ID, and then somehow link them to the selected items in the list? I am able to achieve this, but this makes my project unnecessary bulky and difficult to manage.
