Try going onto itunes on your computer. In the upper right hand corner you should see an account. If it's yours then I don't know what to do, but if it's hers click on it. All you have to do is highlight the account hit back space and enter yours in and it will retain the information. Hope this helped.

okay here is the thing i got a new computer and i need to save what songs are selected and i got so many songs that it would take forever to go through ALL my songs and select which ones go on my ipod cause i like it on auto-update please tell me if there is a way to keep what is selected like a file that says it and stuff it will be very appreciated

You have to use your PC to put your songs and videos on your iPod as files. Open your iPod on your computer in my computer. And drag all your music and videos to your iPod as if it were a hard drive. Then open it on your mac and drag the files from your iPod into iTunes but make sure that they are going into your iTunes library folder as files also. Hope I helped.

It would be easier to copy from your old Pc to your new PC using portable harddisk or the iPod. What cant you get the movies off your old PC to the new?
