How do I log off facebook on Lumia 620

I just go the Lumia 620. I have facebook on it, but I cannot log off facebook

Hi angylrayvn,
Thank you for posting and welcome to the forum!
Just to verify, are you referring to the Facebook linked to the People Hub or Messaging applications? If yes, here's how you can log out of it:
Go to the Settings.
Select Email + Account.
Tap and hold Facebook.
Hit Delete.
If you're using the Internet Explorer to access your Facebook account, you'll see'Log out' under the page options (it looks like 3 lines at the upper left corner of the Facebook page).
If you're using a Facebook application, the Log out option usually shows up when you tap on the 3 dots or ellipsis on the bottom of the page (of course, this will still depend on the application you're using).
Hope this information helps.
Cheers!

Did you log off of the other user accounts? Make sure you go to start-->log off-->log off and not start-->log off-->switch users.
    Also, does this apply?

You can't. But the buyer more than likely restored it because he/she could not use your Apple ID.

  • HT1430 how do i log off icloud on my mac book air? It's slowed the MBA to snail's pace

how do i log off icloud on my mac book air? It's slowed the MBA to snail's pace. I have no reason to use icloud on MBA. I have an iphone that's functional & MBA's only a wordprocessor network'd to other machines & server. iclould serves NO FUNCTION on MBA. I have tried to remove it but have been unable to "log out".

Icloud is a web based service.  If you are not actively using it, then it has no effect on your MBA.

  • How do I turn off Facebook birthdays

How do i remove Facebook's birthday notifications?
I want to keep Facebook calendar integration, but I don't want the daily birthday notifications.
Is there a way to turn them off using Facebook, iCloud, or any other way?

In my opinion this is an "on purpose hack" by Facebook as I feel it is to tempt you to log onto Facebook to wish happy birthday, and thus expose you to adverts.
I have disabled Facebook birthdays in my calendar so many times, but it keeps getting checked again as if by magic.
I have disabled access to my calendar from Facebook, even disabled Facebook notifications in Settings, and the option in the Calendar keeps re-selecting itself.
I have now disabled all push notifications in the Facebook app under settings, lets see what happens.
If this is a hack, I hope Facebook get a huge fine for illegal privacy and hacking law breaches.  Lets see if the authorities in America or the EU stand up for consumers.

  • How do I turn off Facebook text messages?

    Hello,
I really don't know where to ask this question, so I hope I'm posting it in the right location. I transitioned from the iPhone 3GS to the new iPhone 4S. On my older iPhone, I NEVER received text messages from Facebook (which is a good thing). However, now that I am using the 4S, I am constantly getting bombarded with text messages from Facebook. They are "notifications", ie, when someone posts to my wall or if someone responds to a comment that I made.
I don't know if this is something that is controlled from the Facebook web page (using Safari on my iMac), or if it is controlled from the Facebook app on my iPhone, or if it is controlled from "Settings" or "Notifications" on the iPhone. I have tried all of these places and turned everything off. All notifications for Facebook are in the "OFF" position. I am at my wit's end because this stupid thing is waking me up in the middle of the night with Facebook text messages.
If anyone can help me in finding out how to turn this feature off, I would sure appreciate it. Thanks!

Okay, it has been a few hours and I have not had a single text message from Facebook. WHEW!!
It had to be your suggestion that fixed it. I don't know how I missed turning off that one notification, but I guess that's what did the trick. They have made this notification stuff a bit confusing, becasue there are multiple areas where you can go in and turn stuff on and offf, and you really can't tell what it is you're doing until it's too late.
Thanks again for your help. I will mark this question as "Answered".

  • How do I log off Firefox ap on Andriod device?

I just installed Firefox ap on my Nexus 7.
How do I log out, turn off, when done using it?

I could not find this. There is no menu on the device according to blogs when I Google the question.
When Firefox opens there is an option for a Quit Now add on- would this be helpful?
I love Firefox on my computer. There the X in the upper right hand corner works.
No such symbol or menu bar appears on my Nexus.
    thank you.

  • Log off Facebook?

So if I'm chatting with my friends on FB, and I press the Home button and launch Safari (or Mail, or...) then I log off FB, right? Is the Touch a one-app-at-a-time thing? or is there a way to stay logged on to FB and use other apps, too?

Depends on the App. For Facebook, it does not log you out.
Facebook has push notifications. Notifications keep coming through even when I'm in Safari or another app so apparently some part of Facebook is running in the background.
The AIM app can keep you logged in for 24 hours at a time and also uses push notifications for incoming instant messages while the iPod is sleeping or using another app.

  • How do I log off my DSL/Firefox Internet connection when it is not in use?

With my old dialup/Firefox Internet connection, I could return to the provider's home screen and click on a button to log off. I do not want to be connected to the Internet 24/7, but want to log off when I am not using the service. The provider says I should unplug the incoming cable, but if I do it this way several times a day, it won't be long before I need a new cable. Please tell me that there is a better way.
