How do I maintain the 3 calendars?

Now that I have added my exchange account to my iPhone, I want to know how to maintain all the calendars...
Calendars -
1. MS Exchange - If I sent to sync - will this erase all my other calendars?
2. Outlook calendar - I have been using cable to sync to this account as it is for work but it is a clients email system and I will not setup exchange for this account
3. the local calendar (called Home)
I just want to make sure if I enable exchange calendar I wont lose the cable sync with outlook..

I finally did get the issues resolved by going here: http://blogs.adobe.com/cssdk/2011/10/fix-for-extension-signature-bug-on-mac-os-10-7.html and using that fix.
It took several tires but I finally got it to work correctly.
I tried using the update I downloaded from the Adobe updates page and that was what giving the error in my original post. Also, if I tried using the "get Updates" directly out of Extensions Manager, because i have several version of CS running on my workstation, it would invariably either tell me there were no updates or get the wrong version of the update. (The version I was looking to update was 5.0.289)
The botom line being, I did finally get the Extensions Manager working correctly.

How do I reset the included calendar on iphone 4s. It currently shows the date as Jan 1, 2513BE, and since it is an "included app" do not know how to delete it and reinstall.

You can't delete it. If you really don't want to see it, stick it in a folder and then stick the folder on a distant home screen.
But you might find it easier to just set the clock (date and time) on your iPhone.

By default all ship-to-parties are assigned to classification Customer. How can we assign a different classification to ship-to-parties in UI? The view Account classification seems to be different from the tab classification in SAP GUI.

Deleted "On My Mac" calendars trying to share to iPad. Have a good copy still on iPhone4s. How do I get the phone calendars back on my Mac?

Accidently deleted "On My Mac" calendars trying to share to a new iPad. I still have a a full set of calendars on my iPhone4s. How do I get the phone calendars back onto my Mac?
Not knowing how to move theiPhone calendars I tried this.....
I have tried importing a .icbu file of each calendar exported just before the deletion. Every time I import a backup, it restores fine initially with all my old events, but as soon as it syncs with iCloud it empties all the events prior to my deletion of the "On My Mac" set of caledars.

I had walked away from the computer and found another mouse hanging out on my wife's computer, I was able to plug it in and got the blue tooth set back up. Thanks for your responding to this.

If you are syncing your iPad calendar with a supported program on your computer using iTunes you can use iTunes to sync it to your phone too. Otherwise, if you are running iOS 5 or higher on your iPad you can sync your calendar to your phone using iCloud.

How do we maintain the same number?

We are in the process of signing up for another year and are concerned the number we've used will expire and we will be forced to get a new number. How can we maintain the same skype number with the new year's subscription? Is this automatic? Are we on the panic button for no good reason? Please advise...

the subscription will automatically renew with the same number, but even if it were to expire, the number is held for you for 90 days

How can I get the iPhone Calendar to update reminders from Outlook?

I have an iPhone 2g v2.0.2 with an Exchange account through work. Everything works flawlessly except one annoying problem: The iPhone calendar does not seem to recognize that I have dismissed or changed a reminder time in Outlook.
Example: A reminder alert appears on my computer (Windows XP/Outlook 2007/Kerio mail server). I will "Dismiss" the alert only to have it pop up again 10 seconds later presumably because my iPhone didn't get the dismissed reminder message, then syncs back to Outlook that the reminder is still active. I have even opened the item in Outlook, changed or canceled the reminder, saved the item, only to have it pop up again seconds later after the iphone reverts to the original reminder.
The only way I have found to stop this cycle is to open the item on the iPhone calendar and cancel the reminder.
Any ideas on how to solve this would be appreciated.

Just so that you know you're not alone, I have a couple clients experiencing the same problem. Have yet to come up with a solution outside of what you've mentioned. Wish I had more to add to the topic.

whoops - I was wrong. First of the three pages I see in preview is grayed out, next page has a couple of pics/boxes, one says "Find my Phone", third page has some other pics/windows ... definitely not my calendar that I had on the screen when I tried to print.

is the calendar on my iphone 4s the same as the icloud calendar you referred to? assuming that it is, if i enter an appointment in the icloud calendar on my computer, what must i do to have the entry appear on my iphone? [i said it was a stupid question!]
and, two related questions:
--is there a method by which the icloud calendar, notes, etc.can be placed on my computer desktop?
--to sync my computer and iphone [as i understand it], the two devices must be connected by cable [usb to iphone]. is that the only step required to ensure that the same information appears on both devices, i.e., calendar, notes, etc.

I have 6 different calendar. I want a certain one to be the default calendar in iCal but cannot figure out how to make it happen.

The most you can do to the calendar you want to be 'default or so say' is to drag it to the top of the list in iCal. What that will do is if you get an invitation in Mail it will add it to that top calendar.
If you mean you want to be able to choose were your Notes and To Do's goto? Go to while in mail (Mail)/(Preferences)/(Composing)/ and in the (Create Notes & To Do's in:) select (On My Mac). Now you will have an option of what calendar you want to use when you make the Note/To Do.
Other then that you have to select the Calendar you want as default.

How do I Maintain the Order Photos Are Displayed When Burning a DVD

I have created an album from several different events. I want to burn this album to a DVD for a presentation. When I do this, the photos are reorganized and displayed by date/time and separated into two different groups. How can I burn a DVD that maintains the order of photos in the album?

Yay! I finally found out how to keep the photos in your albums in the correct order when you export the album! I am fortunate to have AppleCare so I decided to call them after trying to figure this out for years.
The fellow on the phone said he'd had others call about this and that he and a caller figured it out, trial and error. I suggested they add it to the user guide for the rest of us!
Here you go:
1. Select your album and all the photos in it.
2. Go to Export under File
3. Change File Name option to Sequential
4. Where it says "Prefix for Sequential" type in the exact name of your album.
That's it! When you hit Export, the photos stay in perfect order! Yay!

How do I remove the double calendar entries after upgrading to ios5?

Upgraded to ios5 today on an iPhone 4. I'm now getting double calendar entries. It's not carrying over to my Mac though. Any ideas how to rid my phone of them? Thanks!

I was having the same problem and even started deleting some of the double entries. I went into the "calendars" tab on the top left of the screen inside the calendar app and found that the appointments from my Mac calendars were being displayed along with (scroll down) all the appointments from the iCloud calendars (which are a mirror or backup of the appointments from my Mac). I turned-off the iCloud calendars and the problem was fixed. I guess if I am coordinating appointments from several devices (iPhone and iPad or several family iPhones) I would just leave the iCloud calendars on and turn off my Mac calendars. Otherwise, I'm not sure what's happening here. Any other ideas?
