How do I make a photo book in Apeture?

I recently began using Apeture. How do I go about creating a photo book with captions from Apeture. Do I need to export the photos to iphoto for the purchased book?

What exactly is your question?
If you have low resolution photos then they will have to be printed smaller and the quality not be as good as if you had better photos - there is no way to make a poor photo better
And in general iPhone photos are not low resolution - what are the pixel dimensions of the photos? What size photos are you trying to print?

I am using Aperture to make a photo book. I have about 400 photos in the project. I am able to select the photos I want for 20 pages, then when I try to add a page, all the pictures are selected. How do I add additional pages and still control the pix

I am allowed to pick and choose photos until I fill 20 pages. Then when I select add page, I am allowed to select all the pictures in the project. I am not allowed to select. David, have you enabled the "Autoflow" options? There are settings behind the cogwheel, that will automatically place unused images onto new pages. If you only want to select a few images from a large project, disable these two options:
Or start your book froman album, that only contains a selection of your images, rather than from the whole project.

Adobe Reader on the iPhone is a PDF reading app. It's not a creation app.
You need to get an app like Pages which is intended for page layout. It can place pictures from the phone and export PDF.

You can't. The KX-MB722 is one of the few remaining printers in the class of devices called "Windows Printers" that has no on-board printing software -- it relies on a host computer to provide all of the software functionality and Panasonic only provides such software for certain versions of Microsoft Windows. How can I make a photo that is 10 x 6.6 to 10 x 8 without changing the image in Photoshop CS3?

I could be snarky and say change the image in a different version of Photoshop, but NO...
The only way to make a photo that is one size into another size is to change the image. You have a few choices about how to change it:
One way is to simply expand the height from 6.6 to 8 inches using Image>Canvas Size, using the default setting of having the image centered and leaving the background either black or white, your preference. This will add background color to the top and bottom of your image. This won't change the image itself, but it will change its surroundings.
Another way is to resize the image using Image>Image Size, entering the new dimensions after turning off the aspect ratio lock (resample on). This will stretch the image vertically, however, so it's probably not a good option.
Finally, you could resize the image using Image>Image Size, leaving the aspect ratio lock on and resample on, and increase the height from 6.6 to 8. This will have the secondary effect of enlarging the width from 10" to a greater width. Then you crop the resulting image back down to 10" width, which involves losing some edge areas of the image.

I'm sorry to be so vague. I have recently found out that what I want
to do is put my images in a javascript image rotator. I have looked
this up on google and have now tried about 6 different codes. I try to
follow the insert directions but I must be doing something wrong. I
get the first photo linked up but can never make the picture change to
show the other two photos in the image folder.
Can you direct me as to how this works in dw?

When insert my photos into theme preset photo boxes my photos don’t fit the proportions of the box and get cropped. Part of the photo cannot be seen. I see how one can make a text box in Keynote, but how can one make a photo box that is different then standard dimensions within the themes? Or is it possible to change the proportions of the ones already created within the themes?
