How do I make Elements 10 Organizer update video thumbnails

is there a way for this to happen automatically without me having to select the empty thumbnails and going to: "Edit" > "Update Thumbnail for Selected Items" ?

Could clarify what you are updating the thumbnail from?
a. Have you just used Elements Organizer 10 File Menu/Get Photos and Videos/From Files and Folder, and find a thumbnail for a video import but it does not show the first frame of the video, instead a filmstrip, hour glass, or other, and you are trying to get "Update Thumbnail for Selected Items" to force the thumbnail to switch from the filmstrip, hour glass, or other to the first frame image? If so, are you successful in doing that with that command?

The way your question is worded seems to apply that you can get the first frame image in the thumbnail with the command. True?
Your screenshot displays a lot of thumbnails with filmstrips. Is that what you are trying to get rid of with the command? What are the properties of these video...video and audio compression, frame size, frame rate, file extension, duration? Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on this computer? Are you having the same problem with photos in the Elements Organizer? How much installed and available RAM do you have on that computer?
Lots of other questions, but let us start here.

Iphone will sync with one and only one cpomptuer at a time. Syncing to another will erase the current content and replace with content from the new computer. This is the design of the iphone.
It will erase the content when you sync.

Thank you for the question. The best way to avoid this behavior would be to delete the music video from your library. You can always download it again free by accessing your previous purchases. To delete and item in your iTunes library, select the item and hit delete on your keyboard.

How can I fix Elements 9-Organizer crash at launch?

Upon launch of Elements 9-Organizer, I immediately get a failure message "Elements 9-Organizer has stopped working. Any suggestions?

Preference settings control how Photoshop Elements displays images, cursors, and transparencies, saves files, uses plug‑ins and scratch disks, and so on. If the application exhibits unexpected behavior, the preferences file may be damaged. You can restore all preferences to their defaults.
Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift immediately after Photoshop Elements begins launching. Click Yes to delete the Adobe Photoshop Elements settings file.
A new preferences file is created the next time you start Photoshop Elements.

I would suggest freeing up some space on your iPhone either from the Music app, or podcasts with this:
Delete a song from iPhone: In Songs, swipe the song, then tap Delete.

You can also try to remove them from the images folder and the My videos folder, because this is where the Gallery will look for pictures and videos, and put them in another folder then reorganize them in sub folders within your new folder

I am programming an interface to a scale... it retrieves a weight, time stamps it, enters a comment, then sends this string to a spreadsheet.
My problem: the time stamp never updates unless I right click it > select "data operations" > select "set time to now". Then it's stuck there and never updates while the program is running. It just keeps on stamping 8:15 (or whatever time it is updated to) all day long.
Am I using the wrong VI here or is there something else I have to select to get it to work?

Try using the 'Get Date/Time String' or 'Get Date/Time Seconds' vi to obtain your timestamp. Which one you use depends on how you wish to format your timestamp. Im not sure which vi you are currently using, but it looks to me like you are either using a timestamp constant (which wont update in your loop) or control (which you need to manually update from the front panel).

Does anyone know how to make an alert message to upgrade to the current Flash Player if a user runs the lower version?
If the version is as intended then no message should come up.

How to Reconcile Photoshop Elements 12 Organizer's New People with Previous Versions.

On updating earlier version catalog (Photoshop Elements 10) to Version 12, the older version's "People" tags were not converted to new People (Faces) tags. Images with People tags but not tagged faces were also not converted. Now I have a mess of Family Tags and Group Tages representing people. Nearly all of the new (ver. 12) People groups, when clicked, respond that no media exist. Hours on telephone with Adobe Technicians has been useless. They cannot seem to relate to problem. It must not be in the manual from which they are reciting. At this point, number of crashes and quirks in Photoshop Elements 12 are making me rethink whether I want to stay with Adobe Products at all.

You simply need to create your stills with Photoshop Elements, save them in a suitable format (.jpg, .png, .tiff are all acceptable) then drag and drop them into your iMovie timeline. You don't have to use iPhoto.

I have Elements v10 on my desktop with numerous tags, with the assoicated file structure.
I want to have the same tag structure on my laptop which has elements 12 installed.
to create and save the keyword structure, I did is this;
1. w/in v10 went to key word tags [see above]
2. clicked on the down arrow to the right of the + sign,
3. selected 'save keyword tags to file ...'
4. kept the default option 'Export All Keyword Tags'
5. clicked 'OK'
which of course saved the keyword tags in a file name keyword tags.xml
Oh, by the way, I learned how to do this save from a previous forum question. (see my earlier post).
Am I asking to do something that can't be done? I hope not, because my keyword tag file has > 1100 entries.
By the way, I viewed you suggested option from your previous input above, but I do not have the same view. My view is shown below;
which as you see has the [ Create (down arrow) Share (down arrow) ] at the top
but the view below that is as shown above. What am I doing wrong??
