How do I make it so my Ipod and Iphone aren't connected?

I already had an Apple Id for my ipod and i just got an iphone and was told to use the same Apple Id. But now everything I add to my phone gets added to my ipod and everything I add to my ipod goes to my phone. I use them for completely different reasons and dont need all of that stuff on both devices. Is there a way to do that without creating a new apple id?

Yes. Creating a second Apple ID is not necessary and creates issues for things that you may want to share.
You can go to Settings > iTunes & App Store and turn off Automatic Downloads: Music, Apps, Books, Updates (any or all of those) to prevent new purchases made on the other device from downloading to the current device. You can manually delete any apps etc that have already downloaded to a device before you made the change to that setting.
You can also go to Settings > iCloud and turn off Contacts, Calendars, etc for those items that you don't want to sync from one device to the other via iCloud.

I think I understand what you mean. You were asked if you wanted to merge the contacts with your iCloud account. Contacts take up very little room and are probably not the reason that your iCloud is full. If you're now backing up two devices to iCloud rather than one, that will indeed take up more room.
You cannot undo the contact merge. You can go to Settings>iCloud on either device and see what categories of stuff you're backing up and make selections. You can also purchase more iCloud space there.

At the moment you can't - though it should be possible (if it makes it into the final release) in iOS 5 which will be available sometime in the Autumn. Photos cannot currently be moved between albums on the iPad.
If you sync separate folders from your computer you'll get an album for each of them on the iPad, and you have to sync all the folders/albums that you want together as only the most recent photo sync remains on the iPad (not including a folder in a sync is the way that you delete it from the iPad).

Are the photos you want to send back to your mac on your iPad, iPod, iPhone saved to the camera roll? If you have photos in other albums (not camera roll) share them to the camera roll.
Then connect your device via USB and lauch iPhoto. You will see your device as a camera in iPhoto. Import those photos like you would import from a camera.

Not all fonts can be packaged depending on their licensing. Some fonts are set to not allow packaging. For those you would have to manually locate them on your computer and add them to the folder where the packaging occurred.
For the images have you checked the "copy links" option?
