I accidentally downloaded something that makes my mozilla firefox tabs open up to a yahoo search engine. How do I make it so when you open a tab, it opens up to a blank tab?

How can I make my PDF open to "Fit One Full Page to Window" by default regardless of who is opening it?

Hi, everyone. I am currently creating PDFs that have different page sizes (2 pages at 8.5" x 11" and other pages that range from 40"w x 80"h to 150"w x 150"h). I'm trying to package some artwork templates and artwork guidelines together for my clients to make it easier for them to access this information.
The current issue I am running into is that I cannot figure out how to make these PDFs open with a default view of "Fit One Full Page to Window". I know how to set the default on my Acrobat Reader but I need it to default to this view when someone else opens it on their computer to view. (PDF currently opens the first page correctly but the rest of the pages are not previewing to fit page based on their page size. The only thing that reacts the way I want these documents to be viewed is the "Fit One Full Page In Window" option but I need to know how to default the PDF to view this way every time.)
Any help is appreciated! I'm under a deadline so the sooner I can resolve this the better!

There is an option for the Initial View that is "Magnification:" "Fit Page". And this works for the initial page when the PDF is opened and it does not matter what the page size it, Acrobat/Reader will automatically fill the screen with the page. If you want the zoom type to change with each page then you need add a page open script to each page to set the pages zoom type to "zoomtype.fitP"

New tabs are advertised in Firefox 5.0 as being set to open next the the current tab by default. Mine, however, do not do this. They open to the right of the last tab, necessitating a lot of tab-scrolling, and a minor waste of time.
I have not installed the extension that forces the tab behaviour I'm currently witnessing.
Is there a kind soul out there with any suggestions for how I can get my new tabs to appear next to the tab I'm working on?

Tabs that are "related" to the current tab, like the same domain, open to the right of the current tab. Other links that are from other domains open at the right end of the tab strip.
The pref for that actions is '''browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent'''.
To have them all open to the right of the current tab would need an add-on, if that action even exists in an add-on.

How do I make accordian tabs open different images on the parent page

I am totally new to spry and hope there is an easy way to achieve what I want to do.
Basically, I want to use an horizontal accordian spry menu so that when the user clicks on a menu item the text appears in the box but an image opens in a seperate fixed box on the parent page. When selecting another menu item the image changes accordingly (but still in the same fixed box)

By default Firefox opens a blank page for a new Tab, there is no setting to change that action without installing an add-on.

Ok, you know in your dock you can right click on any application icon and it will come up with some options, one of them being "Open at Login." I use Apex 4.0.2 and the theme is Builder Blue 2. When I click edit tab, I get "Tab Label" that is required field and a region called "images". As I got from you, I cannot utilize images in my case.

I am using a "Windows 7" computer at work with "Acrobat X Pro" and I'm constantly combining
pdf's and tiff's in Acrobat.
It would be nice if when I select 30 or 40 files to combine, the *******

foreground, not behind the 10 or so windows already open.
I have been researching this for some time now with no solution.
If the answer is that "IT CAN'T BE DONE", then that's fine. At least
I will have an answer and can stop searching. If (as I suspect) it can
be done, then kindly supply me with "step by step" instructions.

I guess that was a bug in that version .
It does not happen in Acrobat XI and Acrobat DC .The window comes right in front of everything else .
I wonder that was a bug and that was fixed the other versions.
You could upgrade to the latest Acrobat version ,i.e Acrobat DC and you would not experience this anymore .

If an image opens in a different application but you want it to always open in Preview when you double-click it, do this one time: Control-click the file, let go of the Control key, press the Option key, then choose Always Open With > Preview. Or, select the image file, choose Get Info from the File menu, then change the "Opens with:" pop-up menu choice to Preview.
