How do I manage 5 iPhones on 1 Apple ID

Can anyone telll me how i can manage 5 iPhone on on Apple ID? This is for my business.

The same way you manage one iPhone on one Apple ID.
If you want different apps on each device, this will require unique Apple ID's on each device.
What specifically are you attempting to accomplish?

Do you mean that you removed the phone from the 'manage devices' section of your iTunes account ? If you do then that won't stop you being able to purchase items on your phone - you only need to be logged into an account to be able to purchase with it.
If you do mean the 'manage devices' section then you can associate, or re-associate, a device (or computer) by using iTunes Match, or automatic downloads, or redownloading past purchases on it : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627

  • How did I return my iPhone 4 to Apple in the UK?

    Hi all,
After much deliberating, I've decided to return my iPhone 4 to Apple UK within the 30 days.
Does anyone know how to do this?
    Thanks in advance

    Hehe...I hadn't even thought of eBay...of course!
I just took a look - they are going for such a lot of money.
I think I'm probably going to do that option. Thanks everyone

You would have to manage in iTunes. You can start a subscription on the device though.

  • HT1689 How do i unregister my iphone from my Apple ID and Itunes?

I actually purchased a Samsung S4 and need to unregister my IPhone from my account.  How do I do that?

    Hello PJBurke65,
Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.
You can remove your iPhone from your Apple ID with this article:
    iCloud: Remove your device
    http://support.apple.com/kb/PH2702
If you’re no longer using an iOS device or Mac, you can remove it from Find My iPhone when it’s offline. To remove a device that’s online, first turn off Find My iPhone on the device, or erase the device.
If you want to give away or sell your device, be sure to erase your content and settings (in Settings > General > Reset). When you erase your content, Activation Lock is also turned off. For more information, see the Apple Support article: What to do before selling or giving away your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Remove your device from Find My iPhone
Sign in to icloud.com/#find with your Apple ID (the one you use with iCloud). If you’re already using an iCloud web app, click the app’s name to switch apps.
Click All Devices, select the offline device, then click Delete x.The Delete icon appears only after Find My iPhone has tried and failed to connect to your device (this may take a few minutes).
Note:   You can also click “Remove from Find My iPhone” in the device’s Info window.
    Click Remove.
If your device goes online again later (and Find My iPhone is still turned on), it automatically reappears in Find My iPhone. If you still have access to the device, prevent it from reappearing by turning off Find My iPhone:
On an iOS device, go to Settings > iCloud, then tap to turn off Find My iPhone.
On a Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click iCloud, then deselect Find My Mac.
    All the best,
    Sterling

  • How can I unlink my iPhone from an apple id?

I tried to download the iOS 8 update, but it told me i didn't have enough storage and there was an error so i clicked the okay button and unplugged my phone. Then it had that screen that said plug into your iTunes, so i plugged it in and said i had to restore it. It was the only way my phone will turn on so i did that and when it turned back on it asked for my apple id and password, and now none of my information that i know is right is working and I'm locked out of my phone. I want to know if unlinking my iPhone from the apple id will allow me to sign in with a new id. I have an iPhone 5.

What ID is it asking you for? Did you purchase the device 2nd hand? If so, you may have encountered the Activation Lock, which means the phone is still locked to the Previous Owner's Find My iPhone. If that is the case, you will have to contact the previous owner to follow the instructions below. If you cannot contact the owner, and you purchased it through eBay see if you can get a refund.
If you are locked out due to Activation Lock, there is nothing you can do to access the device:
    ACTIVATION LOCK

  • How do I manage multiple Iphone accounts on one computer

My wife desperaely needed to back up her iPhone (been over teo years).  I didn't want to do this given that she woulde lose two years worth of data, but we decided to plow ahead.  I hit the update button and was advised that there was an earlier backup from last fall.  I said I wated to use that back up.  Unfortunately it was a backup for my daughter's iphone 5c and now my wife's phone is simply a clone of the 5C.  What can I do to pul at least some of her account information back out and show her iPhone again on the devices list?

    It certainly is possible.
How to use multiple iOS devices with one computer
A single computer can be authorized for multiple iTunes accounts but only one account can be signed into the store at a time.
Frankly, you are better off with unique Windows User accounts for each user.

  • How iTunes works managing multiple iPhones and iTunes with same account

My wife and I each have our own computers using the same iTunes and Amazon account.  I want to know how the download rules work...
    For apps
    For music
    For books
I know that Kindle books appear on both.
I know that you can share music between 5 (?) different devices.  Can't remember how that is done right now...
It appears that an app bought on one computer or iPhone must be paid for again on the other.  True?
Where is the best place on the Apple site to see answers to these types of questions?

Your iTunes account can be authorised on up to 5 computers at any one time (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1420). You can also use home sharing so as to share your content between computers or to listen/watch content on your iOS devices : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT3819 (you can also copy music between computers via home sharing)
As long as you use the same iTunes account as you originally used to buy/download them then you don't have to pay to re-download (or download on different computers/devices) past purchases of apps or ibooks (or music if you are in the USA) as long as they are still available in the store : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519.
You can also manually copy music/apps/ibooks/films/tv shows between computers and then do File > Add File To Library (or Add Fold) in iTunes so as to add them.

  • How to manage two iPhones with one Apple ID

My company is moving to iPhones and away from BlackBerry so I may soon end up with a second iPhone.  I believe that I can set up the app store account using my current Apple ID so I can download apps that I have already purchased to the new phone.  But do I need to set up separate iCloud accounts?  And if so how do you do that?

    use your existing apple ID.

  • HT204053 How to manage two iPhones under one Apple ID?

Me and my mom need help. We are using the same Apple ID and our contacts have now been jumbled up because she has just now downloaded to iOS 7.3
Now i have still not updated to iOS 7.3. but i do have iOS 7.1
Could this be a problem and how do we fix our jumbled contacts with Facetime?

When you share an iCloud account, your synced data such as contacts is merged.  To prevent this, your devices should be on separate iCloud accounts.  To migrate to a new iCloud account, start by saving any photo stream photos you wish to keep to your camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow, then tapping Save to Camera Roll.  If you are syncing notes with iCloud, you'll need to open each of your notes and email them to yourself so you can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in your new account.  Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account (which only deletes it from this device, not from iCloud), choose Keep on My iDevice and provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone.  Then sign back in with a different Apple ID to create your new account and choose Merge to upload your data.
Once you are on separate iCloud accounts, you can each go to icloud.com from your computer and delete the other person's data from your accounts.
For FaceTime, go to Settings>FaceTime, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with your new iCloud ID.  If you are sharing the same ID for iMessage, do the same thing in Settings>Messages>Send & Receive or you will end up getting each other's text messages.
You can continue to share the same ID for purchasing from the iTunes & App store without any problems.
