How do I merge several documents into one?

Hello, I have several documents with images and text boxes that I would like to consolidate into one master document. When I copy and paste the formatting gets messed up. I tried creating separate sections but the formatting problem persists. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks.

Yes, I should have been more specific with my question. First, I am using Pages version 5.2. Second, when I copy and paste one document to the other, the formatting of the images and the text boxes are not where they are supposed to be. Just to clarify, Document A consists of 7 pages of regular text plus 5 images and 2 text boxes. To Document A, I create a new section (beginning on page 8) to which I add Document B, again with regular text and this time with 10 images and 4 text boxes. On first page of Document B (page 8), the 10 images and 4 text boxes are layered one on top of the other. Note that Document A remains in tact as originally formatted. Also, I formatted all the images and text boxes to 'stay on page' on the original Document B, so I didn't expect them to move with a copy and paste into another document.
Let me know if you have a solution.

When generating your index you have the option to "Include Book Documents". If all's well, that ought to work.

How do I combine several images into one such that the combined image contains a series of web links? In particular, I’d like to create such an image and put it into my Outlook email signature. At present, as per the image below, I have at least six separate images in my email signature with each image containing a web link. Is Photoshop the best tool for this job? Or would it be easier to do this in some other package? I have three packages at my disposal: Photoshop, Ilustrator and Dreamweaver. Can someone please explain in detail how I would do this? Or perhaps someone could direct me to a link that explains how to do this. Thank you.

Thank you for that correction, Hobotor. I admit I hadn't thought about an image map, in the context of someone who doesn't seem to know HTML very well... My thinking was running along the use of the Photoshop Slice Tool to get most of the way there...
To expand on the above, if you were to slice up your image using the Slice Tool, say like this:
Save for Web & Devices will create the HTML and save all the sub-images.
Then you edit the HTML and add a (hypertext link) elements surrounding the various images. Only thing is you'll have to set the border-style of the images to none.
For example:

I imported a CD that I had burned previously with the 2 tracks of sound effects that I had downloaded from the internet (MP3 files), but I did not see an option to join the tracks when I imported the CD. In the upper right corner there were three buttons: Options, CD Info, and Import CD. When I click on Options, the drop-down menu has two choices: "Get Track Names" and "Submit CD Track Names". I cannot find an option to Join Tracks. Help!

Krisztian's solution will work/merge only for Adobe forms created in T.code SFP but can't merge with the pdf document which is sitting in CV02N (This doesn't have Adobe form name in T.code SFP), this is what I understood.
And one more bad news is we are not able to install that unix file in our client system, it is not compatable.

Some albums will fracture into a million pieces if you have different artist names. How the columns are sorted can effect this.
If it is a multiple artists on one album select 'Compilation' in the options section for all of the songs on the album.
NOTE: You need to have multiple items selected to set this flag!

I have a PC, and had an old version of photoshop where i was able to select file - automate - photomerge, and then choose the images. They would appear in a box at the top of the page and then i could drag them into position in a larger box in the center. as an example, if i had 4 plate images, i could merge them into one with 2 on a row, and then the other 2 below.
i have been everywhere trying to find out how to do this in this new version without success. can anyone help???

you kind of solved my question but i didnt really understand it because of the wording but heres a better way of explaining that i found on a different forum

Sometimes iTunes may split an album into one or more partial albums. This split may happen if some tracks from the album have different values for Artist, Album Artist (ignored on iPod), Album, No. of Discs. or Part of a Compilation. Tiny differences such as trailing spaces, accented characters, or variants of symbols can be quite hard to spot. Normally overtyping the desired value for each shared field will complete the grouping of the album into one entity. Occasionally, however, this method seems to fail. In this instance I've found that you can force every field to update properly by adding some extra text - e.g. a trailing X, which once applied seems to complete the joining of the tracks into one album. Once this has happened the extra data can be removed and the album should remain properly grouped.

Thank you for your suggestion. I backup on itunes. I went to itunes, deleted syncing my contacts, then re-synced them. But the Facetime capability option continues to be there on most (not all, for some curious reason) of my contacts. I am not sure I posed my question correctly. I want to be able to FT with my family, so don't want to delete the FT capability totally from my iphone and ipad. But I don't want all these other iphone calls from various contacts to ring on my ipad as FT calls. I want a way to select with whom I have FT capabilities. Any further suggestions? How do I put several DVDs into one DVD using iMovie?

I have made 5-6 small movies over the years using iMovie based on family skits. They average about 10 minutes each. I have them all burned to DVDs. I want to be able to put them all on one DVD instead of having 5-6 separate DVDs. I thought it would be a simple process to copy each DVD to my computer and then add them and burn to one DVD. When I duplicate the first DVD, it goes into a folder had has 2 files---neither of which I can open and play. Then I tried to open iMovie and import the DVD to iMovie. Can't get that to work. Then I went to the Disk Utility and was about to create an image of the DVD and did something I'm not sure of which magically at some point imported to the iMovie project I had created for this. I was able to get this process to work 3 times following the same steps (although I can't tell you why or what I was doing). But then it just stopped working for the last 3 DVDs even though I did the same thing. I don't have to use iMovie. I just want a simple way to combine DVDs into one DVD. Any help would be greatly appreciated as these are going to be Christmas gifts. Thanks.

If the iPhone is shown 'full-on' so the video doesn't have to be distorted then you could use 'Picture in Picture' in iMovie. See: http://help.apple.com/imovie/mac/10.0/#mova1aaa682b
If, on the other hand you have an oblique view of the iPhone (as is the case in the video you reference) the movie will have to be distorted in order for it to fit the screen of the iPhone in the picture and show the correct perspective. iMovie doesn't offer this flexibility and you would need to use Final Cut Pro.

I have got an question. I have several different PDFs.
Four main PDF and 20 PDFs which are ment as attachements.
Via ABAP code i would like to chose dynamicaly several of those attachement PDFs and merge them within one of the main forms.
So as result you will have one pdf which you can see in the print preview and send as one to the spool.
But is this possible?

SFPOUTPUTPARAMS-BUMODE = 'M'.
SFPOUTPUTPARAMS-PREVIEW = ' '.
Call different adobe forms without using FP_JOB_CLOSE.
It will merge pdf files.
At the end, call FP_JOB_CLOSE.
and then get the merged pdf as FPFORMOUTPUT-pdf.
