How do I migrate my old Send Now list of sent files to Adobe Send?

Bob...I understand and appreciate what you are doing by suggesting that it is our (consumer) fault that we are not ready for this and that we got e-mails. However, in the busy office, I didn't have time nor the "want to" to start the process of switching over. I don't understand why you had to make it so hard on the consumer and why not just add what services you have added or updated, or whatever you did, to send now. Another aspect of the "new and improved" (which is never improved) is that now I have to type in the addresses whereas in adobe send, we could type in one letter and the addresses that started with that letter all came up and we could choose the one we wanted. This may not be big to you, but is to me and I can imagine a few more people. I'm sorry that I have not embraced this change with open arms. Now I have to decide whether to stay with it or not. Thank you for your reply.

You're almost there. When you look in that Profiles folder, you should see one or more folders with semi-randomized names. The most recent one probably is your last active profile.
You have a lot of options for how to recover:
* Restore last bookmarks backup ([[Restore bookmarks from backup or move them to another computer]])
* Manually copy over saved password files to your currently active profile folder ([[Recovering important data from an old profile]])

Recipients cannot open files sent through Adobe Send. There was no problem with Adobe send Now. They see a blank page only! Please help!

My recipients only get a blank page. I show file sent. This is with Adobe Send. Adobe Send Now had no problem.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having a problem with sending your files through Adobe Send. Can you provide more details?
What type of file are you sending?
When you download the file yourself, is it blank?
Are all recipients having the same problem?
Do the recipients get a Preview of the file?
Are they seeing the blank document as a Preview as well as after downloading?

I frequently send hundreds of jpegs through SendNow. It seems there's a cap on the number of files that can be send using Adobe Send? What is the best way to send numerous files with Adobe Send?

There are a couple of other issues along with the limit of files. (1) Adobe Send seems to randomly re-arrange the photos being sent. It is very important to me that the exact file order be maintained. (2) Adobe Send does not hold or remember the email address. My client list is existing and therefore files are sent to the same recipient over and over. Adobe Send Now did remember the email addresses so this must be an easy fix. I hope you reconsider the file size restriction as well.

I asked a patient client to trouble shoot with me and this is the result. Not good.
My Question: Final question I promise. Did they come over in the number order or did it re-order them random?
Client Response: The sequence is random; 13, 6, 24, 31, etc.

Too bad...I wish that feature was still there that was in SendNow...I also have to go and get the recipients email each time I send a file instead of Send remembering the email addresses I have sent to in the past.

This error was caused by the incorrect site binding, I will give a reference of my test Lab. We add two A records in DNS which the FQDN of CAS and Mailbox could resolve IP address.;

How do I migrate my old emails in Mail from one Mac to another?

I've upgraded from a G5 (OS Tiger) to a Mac Pro (OS Leopard). I've set up Mail on the Pro, but I want to migrate/move all my email folders, Inbox messages, Sent mail, etc. from my G5 to the Pro. I thought manually grabbing all folders and files from Library/Mail/... and placing them in the same place on the Pro would have done the trick, but no emails show when I have Mail up.
I've searched through Apple Support, but the closest match is migrating from a PC to a Mac. Not quite what I'm looking for.
This seems like a pretty standard question. Hopefully someone out there can walk me through it.

The best most complete method would be to use Migration Assistant to Migrate everything, but if they're networked with File Sharing enabled on the older one, then connect using the G5's username & Password, then on the new Mac use Mail>File>Import Mailboxes>Apple Mail...

I have bought adobe send today. when I wanted to send the file in the pdf reader (after opening an account for adobe send), the system asked me whether I wanted to add a company logo / signature to the sent file. I confirmed, but then a pop-up window came and said I have to change some settings -----but WHERE? Cannot find a place in the menu to do this

That feature isn't available directly through Adobe Reader. Please log in directly to your account at https://cloud.acrobat.com/send. On the right side, you'll see a box labeled Recipient Page. Select Add Your Logo & Color, and then click Edit. Click Add Logo, and then navigate to where your logo is stored on your hard disk.

Upload Error when trying to send large files with Adobe Send

I am a paid subscriber of Adobe Send and should be able to send up to 2GB of files. I am not able to send even 1GB. I have compressed all files into a .zip folder.
I then tried splitting the files into 2 separate .zip folders at about 500MB each, and still got the upload error again after waiting for the entire file to upload. A lot of wasted time now.
It's not reasonable for me to send all of the files piecemeal to my client.
What is going on?
