If you want to change your iCloud ID to another existing ID you'll have to delete the account, create a new account with the other ID, and migrate your data (including the calendar) to the new account. To do this, first go to Settings>iCloud on your iPad and turn all data you are syncing with iCloud (contacts, calendars, etc.) to Off. When prompted choose to keep the data on your iPad. After everything is turned off, scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account. (Note, this will delete the account from your iPad but not from iCloud. Next, set up the new iCloud account using your new ID, then turn syncing for your data (contacts, etc.) back to On.* When prompted, choose Merge. This will upload the data to your new account.

That article is about using your iPod as an external hard drive, to move files from one computer to another computer. It is not related to your question.
You can't use iTunes to move song files from iPod to computer, except for songs you purchased from the iTunes Store (and you can also re-download purchases). However, there are third-party methods and utilities that can move song files from iPod to computer. If you do a Google search on something like "ipod transfer," you should get some links.
Once the song files are on your current computer, add them to that computer's iTunes library by dragging the files (or folder containing the files) to the iTunes window. After confirming everything is there (and fixing the data issue you mentioned) you can sync the iPod. You may want to do a Restore on the iPod, if it might have a data corruption issue, which will erase the iPod's hard drive, re-install the latest software, and set it to defautl settings.

Quit iTunes.

Replace the iTunes 11 application with iTunes 10.7. Simply dragging the application to the trash may not work. Lion (OSX 10.7) and newer systems have iTunes integrated into the operating system and deleting is a bit more involved. Two ways to do this are:

2. Check this reference on how to delete the iTunes application itself:

This may include these files in /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/ which apparently get updated by iTunes 11:

After doing one of the two procedures above you will have to rescue the most recent old iTunes library from your iTunes > Previous Libraries folder. Note, this will revert your library to the version at the time of the upgrade and you will have to update any changes made since. See:

You can connect your iPhone (wired) to you Mac and in iTunes an iPhone-icon will appear right next to the three dot in the white top bar. It will also appear in the sidebar you can open by clicking on the playlistsbutton right next to My Music. If you click on your iPhone in the sidebar all folders on the iPhone will be unfolded and you can drag and drop music from you library to you iPhone (as shown in the screenshot below).
If you click on the iPhone icon in the white bar, you get the screens to manage the content of you iPhone and synchronize.
PS: the iPhone should appear wireless as well, but does not most of the time. This is a bug. I expect it to be solved in the next update. Until then we must work wired.
