I know I am allowed to have it on two computers but I would like to keep my second install for future use instead of having it stay on my old failing computer and go to waist. Before uninstalling the creative cloud apps the deactivation is required. To deactivate the subscription you can launch any product ( photoshop, dreamweaver etc)
go to help menu and you will find the option deactivate. This will deactivate the whole subscription and you don't need to do it for all the products.
After deactivating the subscription you can uninstall the products one by one.
You can then go to the new machine and login to www.creative.adobe.com, login and then start downloading the products.

You can't move it. It has to be installed. Suggest that you deactivate on the old laptop via the Help menu in Editor, then follow the instructions on this tech note to install on the new machine.

I just purchased an Inspiron laptop running Vista and want to move my podcast subscriptions (I have a lot of them) to the new installation of iTunes on the laptop.

Probably the most straightforward way to get iTunes onto your second computer is to network it with the first one and copy your iTunes folder across. Start by consolidating your library. When you consolidate, any songs in the iTunes Library that are not in the iTunes Music Folder are copied to the Music Folder and the Library is updated to point to those new files. Files already in the iTunes Music Folder have no changes made to them: Copying all your iTunes files to one location - Windows
Copying the whole folder brings with it the iTunes Music folder and also the iTunes Library (iTunes Library.itl in Windows) database file which holds all the information about your songs (Playlists, Ratings, Play Counts, Last Played, Date Added, etc). You'll get more information including the Folder/File structure in this article: What are the iTunes library files?
When you copy the iTunes folder make sure you put it into the same location on the new computer. On a PC the default location is \Documents and Settings\Username\My Documents\My Music\ (or C:\Username\Music\ in Vista). You should also use the same version of iTunes on both computers.
You can also use this method with an external hard drive, you drag the folder from the first computer to the external drive and then from the drive to the second computer.
If you have and iPod, some iPods can be used as an external drive and you can use them to move your iTunes (this option isn't available with the iPod Touch): How to use your iPod to move your music to a new computer
If you have any iTunes purchases in your library don't forget that you'll need to authorise your new computer to play them. Also if you are disposing of the old one remember to deauthorise it so you don't use up one of your allowances: About iTunes Music Store Authorisation and Deauthorisation

I subscribed to iTunes Match 2 years ago, when I lived in Australia, and have renewed it again recently. Part of this process was to match 25,000 music tracks which took weeks to complete. It also chewed through a huge amount of bandwidth.
I have now moved across the Tasman to New Zealand and have a new username and password for the NZ store. However, my iTunes Match tracks are only available under my old Australian iTunes account.
How can I move my iTunes Match subscription from Australia to New Zealand without having to upload/match all of my library again? Or have to pay another annual subscription?

On June 14th, 2014, an automatic deduction from Adobe to my bank account took place. This charge was for Adobe ExportPDF. Now when I log in to use the program it will not let me use it. It gives me instructions to subscribe. I am not going to subscribe and pay for something that I already paid for. To cancel an annual Acrobat subscription, it's necessary to Contact Customer Care. Choose Acrobat from the top drop-down menu, and then choose Membership, Account, Payment. Click the blue "Still Need Help?" button at the bottom of the page to find both phone and chat options.
