How do I move photo's to and from iphone.

Hello everybody last time when i needed help i got some good response so I thought lets try that again.
It seems(looking at other fora) I am Not the only person with this problem but so far I havn't found the solution.
Here is my problem.
When I take pictures with my iphone and sync to itunes it copys those photo's to a map on my PC no problem here.
But I cant move pictures taken with my digital camera to my iphone.
Its also impossible to make diffrent photo folders on or for my iphone.(this puzzled me from the start since every demomovie shows different folders).
All solutions so far told me to go to itunes and open my photo tab, well I have NO photo tab in itunes anywhere. So no solution.
So could anyone tell me what to do?

Well, you are correct in the way that you are "importing" pictures from the iPhone to the comptuer. That is how they are transferred, just like any digital camera.
The way to move pictures from the computer to the iPhone is accomplished through iTunes. To do this, you will need to connect the iPhone to iTunes. Select the iPhone in the device pane on the left side of iTunes. As you look across the top of the right hand side of iTunes, you should see the tabs, Summary, Info, Apps, etc. The last tab is photos. Once you select that tab, you have the option to sync photos from your computer, and the option to select particular folders to sync.
As far as making different folders for photos, that has to be accomplished on the computer and then synced to the phone, you cannnot create them on the phone itself. The other thing to remember is that during the sync process, the iPhone will only go down one level to sync pictures, so if you have a deeper level of folders for pictures than that, it will not take them. You would have to rearrange the way your folders are constructed.
