You can't. Those apps are for iOS devices such as iPhones and iPads, and won't run on a computer. For Mac apps, launch the App Store application.

iOS apps will only run under iOS. They cannot be opened, run or used on any other operating system, so they cannot be used on your laptop. The sync and transfer of purchases apps is merely to keep a copy of the app as backup on your laptop. While you can re-download any app you have from your iTunes/App Store account, that will only get your the latest release version. If you want to keep older or previous releases around as backup, then your only copies will be the ones you've copied over to your laptop for safekeeping.

The problems mostly happen when I am using X-Y compare in Library mode. It shows black rectancles over the tops of the sections that contain the photos and these flash. They aren't always the same size, but are only on the top of the section - never big enough to completely cover the photos. Then I get anywhere from one to about four or five extra windows stacked on top of the Lightroom Icon at the bottom of my screen (I use Windows 8) opening and closing, though there isn't enough time for me to click on them and read them because my computer gets so slow that my mouse actin is delayed by a few seconds. Please help, I have bought this programme to convert PDF documents to word documents. All I find at the moment is that the document is not being converted and will not open once I have saved. It asks which programme I would like to select to open the saved file, and them does not work.

Good day Ko,
It sounds like the file extension may have been dropped when you saved the file to your computer.
Does your converted file have the .docx or .xlsx extension on the end? If it doesn't, try renaming the file and appending the file extension. You should be able to open your saved document in Word or Excel then.

What is the current version of Ps (Help->System Info), if you have 13.0.1.2 already applied then you need to re-install Ps to get Ps 13.1.2.
As 13.1.2 is a subscription patch this would not get applied over 13.0.1.2.
If this still does not resolves your issue, Kindly mail me installer logs.

Remove all current Adobe software. Download Adobe Cleaner Follow instructions.

That's okay , besides I got nothing to do lol hehehe atleast I can make myself useful for someone else hehe
1)Navigate to C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc and look for file named hosts inside etc folder.
2)Copy the hosts file to Desktop and open the same with notepad.
Check with the hosts file entries , let me know if there are any Adobe entries like 127.0.01 xxx.,adobe.com .activate.adobe.com....etc?
If there are no Adobe entries in Hosts file .
If you wish , you may uinstall and reinstall the app .
You may try below steps :
Open Control Panel and Navigate to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features .
Under Program and Features list, locate Adobe Creative Cloud and uninstall it.
End all Adobe related Tasks from Task Manager.
Open C:drive and navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and delete folders named Adobe Application Manager and OOBE.
Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and if present delete Adobe Creative Cloud folder.
Press Windows button (located between Ctrl and Alt buttons) along with R button together at a time , you will get a run command window.
Type in below command and hit 'Enter' key.

Then navigate to Local>Adobe.
Open Adobe folder and delete folders named AAMUpdater and OOBE.
Click on the below link and download Creative Cloud setup file and use the same to install the Creative Cloud Desktop application.
