How do I open two profiles at the same time?

until i updated to Firefox 7 i got prompted to which profile i want to open every time i open firefox, i am using one profile to play and one for work. i get prompted the first time but not the rest of the time how do i fix it so that i can again run two profiles at the same time

Not that I'm aware of. What exactly is that you want to achieve? There are tools for scanning media folders and adding any files not listed in the library, or deleting those that no longer exist. There are also ways to use one library for multiple users so that any tag update gets applied for everyone.

I have PSE7 and Windows7. I cannot open two pictures at the same time. When I go to open the second picture it crashes PSE7. Anyone know how I can open two pictures at the same time? What is the fix?

Yes, your method is actually the only workaround for a workplace with PSE7, but it isn't a solution for our enterprise network/domain.
There are different problems:
We have several computers with PSE7 installed. It does not make sense to manually install a local TCP/IP-printer on each PC.
We have many fluctuation in our company which means that the workplaces will often be moved and the PCs will often be replaced.
If the employees are printing over a local printer, our centralized printer monitor solution does not recognise print volumes.
The printers which are defined on our print server have special tray settings and these settings are "linked" to the core business application. Users should not be able to print with other settings, this could end in a chaos.
Finally to work with PSE in our company, there is no other way than upgrade to PSE8...

Cant open multiple profiles at the same time on Outlook.

So i have done some research and found that you can use command line switches to open different profiles in Outlook.
e.g. "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15\OUTLOOK.EXE" /profiles "ProfileName"
What i want to do is open two different profiles at the same time. So i already have one profile open, i use the method above, however it simply opens a copy of the profile i already have open rather than the one i defined in the command line switch?
I know it works because if i don't have a profile open it opens the profile i specify. Is this by design? If so what is the point in having a profile switch? If someone could help me get this working it would be great.

Thanks for confirming this. We already have all the mailboxes that she wants on her main profile. The problem is that Outlook cant handle processing all of these at the same time and continuously crashes and hangs. As i said previously the .ost for her profile
was 16GB, i have managed to reduce to 9GB but Microsoft themselves say that anything above 5GB needs extra hardware power for a good user experience.

I find it surprising that you cant have multiple profiles with different mailboxes when you consider you can only have an .ost up 5GB to have a good user experience. Maybe this is something the developers can put into the next version of Outlook? Or release
as a patch?

I have two Vi's, each of these Vi has a stop button. I want to start these two Vis at the same time. I also want to be able to stop the two Vis at the same time. What should I do? Thanks.

One way to start them is with an Invoke Node and the Run method. You can then stop them with the Set Control Value [Variant] method. When you use the Set Control Value [Variant], you just have to specify the name of the front panel control that stops the while loop. Older versions of LabVIEW only had the Set Control Value method in which you had to use the flatten to string function to pass the Type Descriptor and Flattened Data.

How to make this two things at the same time ?

When my mouse is on a area, I need :
- to show a object (a rectangle inserted with the toolbar)
- to show a caption
I think it's not possible to do this two things at the same time when I use the rollover functions (Rollover caption or Rollover Image).
I would like to use a button, but the button works only if I click it, and not when I just pass my mouse on it.
Someone have an Idea?
I can't use Javascript.

Rick is correct. You can use the Rollover Slidelet's rollover area to trigger an Advanced Action. You'll need to create this Advanced Action with two clauses. One to SHOW the caption, and the other to SHOW the rectangle.
Your alternative to the rollover slidelet is to use an Event Handler widget attached to the object that the mouse should roll over.
The Event Handler will detect when the mouse is over the object and trigger its own Success criteria. You can then use the widget's ON Success event to trigger the Advanced Action as mentioned above.

I have tried the example.But the example shows how to connect one CAN network with two ports.
I want each port connect to the net can both read and write;
I want to apply the function like this:
1.config the port1 and port2
2,open port1 and port2
But after I open port1 or port2 the other port can't be opened;
After I open the second port it always returns negative.
In the codes I use CAN0 and CAN1 as the CAN objects.

It seems that it is not possible to open two movies (.cp) at
the same time with Captivate 1 (well you can run a new Captivate
program an open the second movie) but will it be possible to open

Whilst you cannot open two Captivate movies in the same
instance of Macromedia Captivate, you can get around this by simply
loading another copy of Captivate. I do this all the time and open
the second project file that way.

I have two NI DAQ Boards, a PCI 6034E and a PCI 6025E I want to make one a master and one a slave and read from both at the same time. Do they need jumpers between them
from one board to the other or does the motherboard bus take care of that? I can find software to handle this but I can't find anything on the way the hardware should be configured, is there a cable I need between them?

Although possibly not related to your problem, I have to remind you that the version of Firefox you are using at the moment has been discontinued and is no longer supported. On top of this, it has known unpatched bugs and security problems. I urge you to update to the latest version of Firefox, for maximum security, stability, performance and usability. As for your problem, make sure your instructing Firefox to open the link in a new tab. For example, middle-clicking (pressing the mouse wheel or the central button of the mouse) the link will open it in a new tab.
If that doesn't help, it's possible that you are having a problem with some Firefox add-on that is hindering your Firefox's normal behavior. Have you tried disabling all add-ons (just to check), to see if Firefox goes back to normal?
Whenever you have a problem with Firefox, whatever it is, you should make sure it's not caused by one (or more than one) of your installed add-ons, be it an extension, a theme or a plugin. I am in finish of my work, but I forgot about something. I didn't notice that I lost a few keyfreme animation. I didn't realize that in 30 project and I am more over 40 right now. I made a lot of work and I can't go back to 30 project. I don't want to do this from the beginning, so I would like to COPY my keyfremes from project 3o to project 40. To do that I need to have 2 programs opens (to copy keyfremes from 30 project to 40 project). But I can't open two After Effects.
How Can I copy my keyframes on timeline?

Need to Open Two Windows at the same time

I have a requirement wherein I am opening a new page when the user presses a link . The information displayed to the user in the new page is Read-Only.To display the reqd info on the new page I pass some parameters encoded in the page call URL.
Besides , displaying the info in the new page , it is imperative that i allow the user to continue performing some transactions in the current page (calling page).
However , i am not able to achieve the same . If I use 'retainAM=Y' in the URL then i pass the Session Control from the calling page to the called page . So that option is out.
Can u suggest something wherein i am able to pop-up a new page to the user , but still not loose the session control from the current page.
It is necessary that the user has both windows open to perform the transactions.

I need to clarify some things . I cannot create an OA Function as you have earlier advised . Lets say its a constraint i have. My scenario is that i have to prepare a HyperLink Declaratively . In that i am currently giving _Blank as the target .
Now i want to open the new page and still allow the user to perform some transactions in the original page while the new page is still open . How should i go abt maintaining my AM from original page.
Following are the scenarios i have already tried out.
1) I have opened the the new page and released my application module in that page . This didnt work .
2) I have tried doing retainAM=N . This also does not work.
3) Using PopUp is not an option since i cant create OAFunction .
Are their any other way . When i open a new window thru a current window , my AM gets transferred to the new window . Hence i am not able to perform any transactions on that the original page . How can u release the AM On click of a link ?
