How do i open up the photoshop CC software from my Windows computer?

I've tried to just open up the photoshop software from my computer but to no avail. I need help with that, please and Thank you!

Please let us know what exactly happens when you try to launch Photoshop.
Try to navigate to the below path
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC (64 Bit) and then double click on Photoshop.exe file.

Now that we have your post in the correct forum, I have a few questions, please:
What is the file format of this "manual?"
What OS version are you running?
If this is Windows (a PC), then what is that file format associated with in File Types? It is likely that the particular format has been associated with PsE. If that is not what you want, the association can be changed from the Control Panel, to link it to the desired program.

Mac or Windows?
Have you actually installed it, or just downloaded your purchased copy? If just downloaded then you need to double-click the downloaded file from wherever you saved it to. This will run the installer and ask you to enter your serial number (which you should NEVER post in a public forum such as this).
If you have installed it, and if you're using Windows, it should have placed shortcuts on the desktop. But if not click Start and type 'photo' without the quotes and you should see an entry for PSE.

When I open my Adobe Photoshop CC software several warning popups occur. I have been using Photoshop CC since it first came out and I recently updated the software and that is when it started to do this. I am still able to use the software normally. What is causing this and how can I resolve this? Thank you.

It looks like you mistakenly copied plugins from a previous version of Photoshop.
You need to delete the obsolete plugins that you copied by mistake.
And remember that the Plug-Ins folder is only for third party plugins now, not Adobe plugins.

I know every release of PhotoShop have ist own Object library, but in visual basic 6.0, I can only refer to one PhotoShop Object library. for example: if I refer to Photoshop 8.0 Object library, if my clients release of Photoshop is 7.0. there will be a error message : Run-time error '429 ( cant create object) Run-time error '430(Class does not support Automation or does not support expected interface), How can I refer to the PhotoShop Object library dynamically depend on the release of PhotoShop?

Winmail.data are not usable files. They just preserve RTF within the message.

How can I open/close the switches of HP34903A independently via the subvi "HP34970A switch.vi"separated from "HP34970A GP Switch DEMO.vi" in HP34970A driver?

I separated the subvi HP34970A switch.vi from the HP34970A GP Swich DEMO.vi in HP34970A driver. But I found that first I ran the subvi to close switch2 and switch3, then I ran the subvi to open switch3,but the result is both channels were open. Finally I found whenever you run the subvi HP34970A switch to close some switches, all other switches will be open. Can anyone tell me how I can open/close the switches of HP34903A independently?

I use this VI and have no problem independently opening and closing the relays. Check that the Close Exclusive input is set to "Normal". Also, are you sure that the Channel List input only has a single entry? Using your example, the first time you run it, the channel list should be 102,103 with Open/Close set to close. The second time, the channel list should be 103 and Open/Close set to open.
