I couldn't find the solution for this, I am sure it probably is there.
I have $19.07 on my account but the subscription is $29.70. How can I pay for the extra $10.63? Is there a setting that will use up the $19.07 and then charge my credit card of record for the $10.63?

I'm going to move this post over to the Creative Cloud forum, which handles all of the subscription questions. From an initial look, it looks like that Creative Cloud will charge monthly instead of a one-time charge for the entire year, but you should get a confirmation from the staff in that forum before taking me at my word.

How to flash bios for aspire 5745 when you have a black screen

I attempted to update my bios for my Acer Aspire 5745 notebook and chose the wrong file. The computer is giving me a black screen now. When I push the start button the lights come on the fan blows and thats all. I found a few sits on line giving me the procedure to flash an aspire one system. Here is the steps I took to do so to no avail. 1. When to the acer site and put the SNID number to my laptop to pull up my suggested downloads for my system. 2. I downloaded the file to my working computer. 3. I extracted the file and opened the file that said DOS. 4. I renamed the file zg5ia32.fd 5. checked my flash drive to make sure it is set to ( FAT ). 6. Transfered the file to the flash drive. 7. Pluged in the flash drive to my dead laptop while it was pluged into a powersorce. 8. Held down the FN and ESC buttons while pushing the power buttons. 9. Released the FN and ESC buttons when I noticed the power light blinking and the flash drive light up. 10. Waited for over 15 min. but had no success. If anyone could tell me what I may have done wrong I would be much appriciated. I also opened up the backside to the laptop and removed the little battery that was plugged it with a small white connector assuming it was the cmos battery but still nothing happended.

I was never able to properly flash my bios. I had wondered if when I tried to update it I may have destroyed my bios in the process. Anyways I had purchased a motherboard for I think around 50.00 on ebay. It was used but was complete. All I had to do was take out the old motherboard and replace with the other one. It all came on after that with a new knowledge of not fix something that is not broken.

If you have a billing problem with the card, you will have to get that straightened out with iTunes Store Support, there really isn't anything that anybody here can do for you.

Now, when I go to sign up for a subscription, it wants to charge my credit card again. Why can't I use the credit that it just made me sign up for? Can I purchase the monthly subscription and get a refund on my $14?

Basically you can get a refund for your Skype Credit orders, but instead could you check if you can change payment method to Skype Credit as shown here: https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA1781/How-can-I-pay-for-a-subscription

Create an iTunes credit by redeeming a gift card and it will be charged to your credit. From http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4874:

Download indesign after paying for membership/subscription and it asks for a code

I dowloaded indesign after paying for a subscription for it. My trial ran out so i decided to try the monthly subscription. I have paid and received a confirmation email of my payment..however when I try to open indesign it asks for me to license the software and enter a 16 digit code.. which i was not supplied with. I tried uninstalling indesign and re-installing it after logging in and out of the creative cloud to see if it would update - however no change. Help would be much appreicated as i have a deadline tomorrow!! Thanks

I realize what I am about to write sounds a bit weird: to change the term of a Skype Number subscription, we need to permit it to expire, or in other words, reach the end of its term. Your Skype Number will be held on account for you for 90 days following the expiration date, so you can sign in even on the same day you receive the e-mail stating your Skype Number subscription has expired, to reinstate the subscription and change the term.
I had to ensure I had enough credit on account so my renewal would process successfully; if you plan to renew for a year and use credit for your payment method, remember to add enough credit to cover the cost of the annual subscription. You could also change your payment method at the time you reinstate/renew your Skype Number subscription.
